You know? Never seen a single episode.
:embarrassed: Are there any whole episodes on Youtube I could watch?

Oh Daniel, about the posting thing, I've got one word for ya. Even though the mods aren't crazy about it, (and I probably should shut up seeing as how we have a mod running the place, hmmm?), games. Actually, I don't really post in them like mad to raise my post count; just once or twice every once in a while when there's some small hurtle I'm trying to jump. That's all, I promise!

Yeah, I never really posts in the games thread either. I guess I could be further along if I did, but I guess I just never really though about it.:smirk:

Youtube has a lot of MST3K stuff.

Head on over to the General forum, and look for "What's your favorite movie on MST3K" (or whatever it's called). I posted links to 3 (actually 4, 'cause one of the shorts is spread out over 2 parts) complete, vintage shorts from the show that will give you an idea of what it's all about.

Mr. B Natural - infamous short, a fan favorite and one of the most popular short films in the show's history.

Robot Rumpus - a Gumby film the gang rip apart.

A Case of Spring Fever - a classic, imagining the world without springs.

Enjoy!

it is a great show, but sometimes it is just as much fun to heckle a really bad movie on your own :stick_out_tongue: .. though that someone would write them a letter to that effect is just not right.. they just missed the point of the show completely
Yeah, heckling bad movies can be fun...but I often find myself quoting directly from MST3K!

If the title of a movie is mentioned by someone I find myself thinking, "yes! we have a title!" This was quoted in the MST3K film I Accuse My Parents, when one of the characters actually says "I accuse my parents," and Tom Servo shouts back at the screen: "yes! we have a title!"

Or if there's a film where someone is walking through the desert or a wooded area, I want to shout out "watch out for snakes!", an oft-quoted line, first heard in the film Eegah!, when an off-screen character tells a wandering party looking for the caveman of the title, "watch out for snakes!"

Yeah, I have a lot of free time...

Hey WL... It was Soultaker I was referencing.
Kate, just so long as you temper the posts you make, is OK. Like you yourself said, so long as the poster doesn't go crazy making posts just for the sake of raising their post total.

OK guys, play nice and keep having a good time here in the SM Lodge/Lounge.

Extra points if you can finish the Garfield quote.
