lol, an update on what? The story's done. =P I have no intention of writing any more to this. All my writing effort is going into a series of fantasy novels I'm trying to get together. :coy:

You mean 4. There are only 4 seasons in the DVD sets. The series was made as 4 evenly-divided seasons, but HBO wanted 5, so they split up the episodes so there were 5 seasons instead of 4. But now that they're being released on DVD, they were put back in their original place as 4 even seasons.

I find it funny that first they kick us in the nards by releasing the full-series set and not Season 4, and then as if to add insult to injury, anyone who actually bought the full series set got scratched up discs in a crappy packaging. As if to say "HAHA! I spit in your face some more!" Funny...

Cardboard is a very rough material, and data discs of ANY kind (CD, DVD, or otherwise) are REALLY sensitive to rough surfaces. Heck, they're even sensitive to SMOOTH surfaces if you leave them lying on them long enough. =/ Discs are really picky critters. They're REALLY partcular as to what...

I have mixed feelings about this complete series box set. More towards the negative than the positive. On the one hand, I love the idea. Because it puts the whole thing all in one place, and it has some extra features that weren't in the individual sets. And on the other hand, I absolutely...

I know exactly what you mean. When I was writing my fic, it played out in my head just like an actual episode of the series. ^_^ And I'm with you about the movie. I hope they don't screw it up. =/
