Sam and Friends Book Read our review of the long-awaited book, "Sam and Friends - The Story of Jim Henson's First Television Show" by Muppet Historian Craig Shemin.
#10 Scooter. Sorry, don't agree with this at ALL. Scooter was always there to be a foil for Kermit, also some of his songs are **** good. I don't think there was a character Richard Hunt did that I hated.
#9 Wayne and Wanda. Never liked them. Have to agree there.
#8 Dr Bunsen Honeydew...
Sounds like they did it to cut the cost of making the book so they could turn in a bigger profit by keeping them the same price.
::Used to work in a Comic store.::
I'll admit that it does seem that the Muppets have become too... well let's face it... Disney. Cute and cuddly and not with the snark that everyone loves, but wanna know my opinion?
As long as it isn't anything like Muppet Wizard of Oz... I'm happy.
Yes, Steve isn't Jim. He'll never BE...
::Raises hand after being away for a while and having to do the new e-mail dance.::
All I care about at the moment... is to know if Steve is alive and well.
I don't want to have another morning like my 10th birthday back in 1990. "Happy Birthday Skeksis! Jim Henson died last night."

I don't remember where I was when Jim died... most likely totally out of it at the time... and my parent's weren't watching TV that night... I do remember the next morning though...
I woke up in my bed twin bed which had these bright striped animals for a blanket, sheets, and pillowcase (I...
I thought the swamp was in Florida. Also, Kermit wasn't with his friends when he left the swamp. He met Fozzie at the El Sleezo and then the Electric Mayhem with Scooter, Gonzo, Sweetums, Piggy, Rowlf, Bunson and Beaker.
My Top Five... or more would be:
1) A Two or Three hundred page biography on Jim Henson and his company. I love "Jim Henson: The Works" but whenever I read it I get rediculed (Didn't help that they were looking over my shoulder when The Count Von Count was plastered on one of the pages)...
Yes, I know it's a reply to an old post but...
 I tried to click the link but it wouldn't lemme look! So I can't look at the pics! Yes people I am WAY behind on posts so don't sass me. :-P, as for the poser puppet of Kermit... my biggest complaint... IT'S NOT AT MY HOUSE YES! :cry...
