Sure! I made mine by using a Styrofoam ball (though you could just use stuffing instead) and sewing fur around it. For the legs, I used some striped fleece, and yellow fleece for the feet.
Thank you so much! I've always loved Eight Balls of Fur, its just a combination of the music, Chrissy destroying the piano, and the furballs dancing like crazy. Just a great song, great parody.
I do! I've been away from the project for a little while, doing other things, but I'll come back to...
Mine would have to be anything with Little Chrissy or Little Jerry. Can't help it, their songs are awesome, Telephone Rock alone is such a guilty pleasure.
Hi all. Been a while since I've posted here, just had to stop work on my puppet projects to take care of some other things, health issues, etc. I'm back to work on it tho, and have made a first test of my furballs in action. Theres still alot I need to change, like the glowing 8 lights. I may do...
When I was a kid it used to scare the crap outta me when he destroyed the piano. Its one of my favorite SS moments too, just a great way to end the song. Another thing I've always got a kick out of in Eight Balls of Fur is when the eights in the background start flashing.
Being a musician, I was just curious what songs you guys have always wanted to see get covered and by who. There's a few that come to mind that where it'd be cool to see that happen, and maybe get a little more...elaborate treatment.
Funny...never thought either of those bears were creepy, though I still dont get why the Grateful Dead have what are clearly high as kites bears as its mascots.
Id say thats about par for a typical talent show. I saw one many, many years ago when I was a kid where this girl played "Fur Elise" by memory and by ear training only. Everyone else, including me, sucked.
