It is possible. Make it like hard candy. I dehydrated radishes for this very reason a long time ago but never put them into the candy. I'm about to try again only without radish dust, maybe just add some kind of clear juice to the boiling sugar. Then you let them form in either a mold or a...
When Junior Gorg throws away the crown. Actually that whole episode. The song, How Wide, How Far is so beautiful, and Richard Hunt's voice is so perfect, it wrecks me. But when he declares there shall be no more kings, I always fall apart.
Also, the semi recent Sesame episode where the...
I hate to pooh-pooh this, as in theory it sounds like such a fabulous idea, but.........I really kind of want them to leave it alone.
I'll still go see it, if it happens. Obviously. But then I'm pretty sure I'll go home and cry in my soup. It ain't broke. Don't fix it.
hey...spongebob is awesome. and should not be compared to the teletubbies. that show has no fricken brainpower behind it whatsoever. spongebob is comedy brilliance!
If you want the radish gumbo pictures or recipe let me know.
actually, here's a photo of the finished product..

there's a steak on the side because my boyfriend won't eat "hippie food" hahah
yeah, i agree...its not that i dont think it would make a fantastic movie, i just think we're in the retro throwback mentality now and it would get totally ruined. and a movie without cantus or convincing john..no. lol. but more importantly...a movie without Richard Hunt. No. Besides, they...
oh and there WILL be a doozer construction coming to life in my kitchen in the next few days. it'll be huge...it'll be elaborate...and then it'll get eaten. because architecture is meant to be enjoyed!:excited:
I personally think a fraggle rock movie is a horrible idea. but I did consider making at least an internet cookbook based on food ideas from the show. Garlic soup is also entirely possible and probably already exists in some form. Also the various Souffle ideas (minus coming to life and...
So, today I actually made Radish Gumbo, using all the ingredients Boober talks about in making his. I candied the Radishes first in molasses, orange peel, and lemon juice. But the rest of it was made like traditional gumbo, with some silly creature foods thrown in to make the men in my house...
I'm working on figuring out a whole mess of them, because they're generally pretty simple and i know a lot of people wish they had the chords.
i just wrote out "Just a Dream Away." if anyone's interested:
Just a Dream Away
C F
Feel the water flowing.
C...
I have a horrible time picking, there's really nobody I can't identify with on some level, which I think was the point of the show, honestly...if anything, the only one i don't really care for most of the time is the show's most popular character, Red...maybe because she's overly glorified a lot...
Actually its not specifically a kid's show. It had no target audience. The behind the scenes bonus disc from Season 4 explains that it was the only show that was supposed to reach all ages. the ideas in it are ageless and timeless. it is a truly deep and emotional show. i'd prefer to call...
aw, Junior's my favorite. he's truly the essence of innocence. he's a big adorable lovable lump and he's malleable and open minded, he represents the new generation, while his parents remained old fashioned, traditional, and closed minded, he always seemed to be ready to learn a new way. i...
I saw somebody wanted the chords for Pukka Pukka ..etc. They're pretty simple. Its just a loop of G, A, C, and D. You can dress it up a little if you feel like it, but that's really all there is to it.
i play disc 1 pretty much every day for my son. but i'm not going to lie. after he's in bed or loses interest, i'm still sitting there watching it. disc 2 doesn't do as much for me. i hate to say it, but i dont really like the new characters, like abby, i hate how they miniaturized zoe...
I'm dying to find a plushie or really any merchandise of Hoots the owl, my absolute favorite, or Rosita, or really any of the lesser known and neglected characters that I love so much. Does anyone know if they even make him? (hoots that is) Or some of the more outdated characters like...
