I was at the grocery store and the cashier starting quoting The Count. She also complimented me on a Labyrinth shirt I was wearing, saying it's her all time favorite movie and that her real name isn't Sarah but pretty much everyone calls her that because of Jennifer Connelly's character in...

This beautiful song has been my anthem of sorts as of recently. As I previously mentioned in another thread, I've been trying to change my life for the better and mature lately. This song's inspirational theme and lyrics perfectly describe my life goals and aspirations right now:

I had an AWFUL dream about Chucky the Killer Doll last night which is weird considering I've never seen a single second of any of those movies in my entire life. I know Chucky's name and what he looks like. Thats it! Considering I am a horror fan who has seen more than my fair share of the...

The original Night At The Museum.

South Park also started the trend of awful shock based cartoons like Mr. Pickles, Allen Gregory, Ren and Stimpy:Adult Party Cartoon, Golan the Insatiable, and Brickleberry.

I used to make some of my video game character names on MMORPGs subtly inappropriate just to see whether or not the mods catch on. Most of the times I ended up getting straight up banned because I completely sucked at subtlety back then.

What happens when someone misunderstands the title of the game BattleToads.

One of my friends is currently vacationing in California where plastic straws are banned due to the fact that they kill turtles. When she called me up and mentioned that, she said "I think I know why plastic straws kill turtles, turtles must have a serious cocaine addiction and can't resist...

Not me, I just believe in one God only. I only said that in the fears thread because while I don't believe in other religions, I respect people who do. I personally view insensitivity towards other religions to be just as bad as racism and sexism myself. I would never in a billion years say...

Which television theme songs would you consider your favorites and least favorites? Here are Mine Favorites: 1. What We Do In The Shadows - I find this to be a very unique intro with a catchy sound to it. It really represents the vampire "culture" so to speak and really sets the tone for the...

I have an awful one to admit:I once saw an image of the Hindu god Ganesha on someone's bumper sticker and it scared me. Being raised in a town where religious diversity is basically limited to other sects of Christianity, I had no idea what that thing was. Now I honestly kind of feel bad for...

I'd prefer a Wonder Showzen movie myself.

The Banana Splits is being reboot as a horror movie this October. WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE!? There's nothing wrong with just rebooting The Banana Splits but making it an R-rated horror flick is definitely a bit much if you ask me.

Does anyone else have the hots for SNL actress Aidy Bryant or is it just me? I personally think she's beautiful and has gorgeous eyes but I also have a bit of a thing for her voice as well for some reason. Honestly, she's partially the reason I continue watching modern SNL despite my general...

Are you still a Homestar Runner fan? I'm asking because it doesn't seem like you've been talking about it near as much as you used to lately. Last year, I could hardly remember a week you went without referencing the webtoon at least once but nowadays you'll only occasionally make a brief...

Quick question:Why were so many people afraid of the William Weigman Dogs when they were kids? For me, those sketches were everything but scary. I used to think that they were funny, entertaining, cute, creative, and just all around fun to watch. In fact, I still love those skits just as much as...

I think I may have found out something interesting about myself today. All three of my new favorite shows in recent memory have been very dark comedies:What We Do In The Shadows, Rick & Morty, and The Kids Are Alright. After noticing this pattern, I thought for a moment about why I suddenly...

I.......I.........I have no words. I'll just let this article speak for itself. https://www.latimes.com/entertainment/herocomplex/la-et-hc-banana-splits-horror-movie-20190219-story.html?outputType=amp

I really didn't like that movie either. But I did like how Cree Summer was in it. You gotta love Penny Gadget in a Muppet movie.

The only Muppet reference that literally made me hold back tears was the episode of The Orville where Captain Ed Mercer sat a little Kermit plushie on his desk and proceeded to inform everyone in the room that Kermit is his hero. Why did that mean so much to me? The Orville is set over 6...
