It seems weird that all of Ernie's speaking parts were dubbed over by whoever did the final version. There's no way they could've gotten a recording from Steve? It slightly bothers me, but I guess I'll live with it. But, it's hard to have an E&B rapport when only one half can do the talking.

Heads up - Ernie's not being performed by Steve in this episode.

The episode has The Green Four-net.

Yeah, that was the main-bad-thing.

There's some format changes you may notice in the episode, aside from the new letter/number songs. The editing on it is a little...bad and sometimes a tad confusing.

I think it's easier to have just the season thread.

EDIT: Found away the international block. Looks like a fun show!

Video isn't working for me. Is that part of the BCC video player international block?

Carroll was doing Oscar.

I'm not 100% sure, but YT might be part of some site's protests against the whole "net neutrality" thing going on.

Wow, that musical number was great! Loved all the minor characters they involved, especially the Honkers and Dingers; where have they been? BTW, Peter Linz was manipulating Big Bird in this.

They were just on. Elmo, Cookie, Abby, Grover, Murray, Oscar and Big Bird helped with the "Hashtags" segment. And the Roots played the Funky Chimes; how neat.

So, don't complain if you think it's "too much work" to set up a free account.

A DisneyMoviesAnywhere account is free. And then the videos are free too.

I wonder who's idea it was to make the filming more...advanced. Jon Stone never did something that moved visually the way that bit does.

They filmed new tune-ins in the Spring, so there's definitely more coming. I assume the songs will appear after the tune-in, which may not even be used to introduce the letter/number anymore until the end. Well, we'll find out in a week.

Here's one of the dems "dance break" bits from the new season: I sure I'll get bored seeing the same footage in every episode with little variation, but I'll be darned if that's not a funky song. And Ernie and Bert!

Wasn't sure if this was brought up, but the New York Library for the Performing Arts is holding an exhibit of Sesame stuff starting September 18th and running through January to celebrate the show's 45th anniversary. There's also going to be these (free) events: Muppet Master Class (Sep. 19) -...

Well, I downloaded it yesterday. I guess the fun for me will be catching up with everyone else. The hours of waiting are a pain, though.
