"The Happytime Murders" premieres August 24, 2018

This is probably my favorite promo so far. Is the deep voiced hooker Tim Lagasse or John Tartagila?

Muppet Guys (And Gals) Talking: The Muppet Family Interviews Thread

Stephanie D'Abruzzo has a pretty good interview with Rabbi Solomon. And Ryan Dillon was recently on this show reacting to old puppet VHS tapes. Ryan starts at 14:53: ,

In this video, someone interviews Brian Henson about the film and also gets a puppetry lesson from Drew Massey:

    Steve Whitmire Got An Instagram...

I don't have an Instagram, so could someone please ask him if he's willing to go to Atlanta Comic-Con? I understand if he doesn't wanna go to DragonCon or the Center for Puppetry Arts. I just really wanna be able to meet him again.

    Steve Whitmire 2018 Convention Appearances

At the end of this panel, Stacey Gordon says everyone she's ever worked with who's worked with Steve has said that Steve is really nice. So take that, He Who Must Not Be Allowed on this Forum Again!

    ElmoWars (An Info Wars Parody)

For me, the best way to find it funny is just realizing that there's no way the real Elmo would say those things. I would actually be interested to hear the Advice with Drunk Elmo segment that JD came up with.

Sesame Street classic clips on YouTube

Still I want Man of La Muncha saved since it shows off Tyler Bunch's incredible range.

Sesame Street classic clips on YouTube

Someone uploaded the episode that contains one of the best Dinner Theater bits, Man of La Muncha. Since Sesame has a habit of taking down full episodes, Shane, could you take that bit and upload it separately? I understand you love that bit too, and hopefully you can find some ways to blur out...

    Steve Whitmire 2018 Convention Appearances

Here's another video of Steve and Caroll at a convention. This shows why Caroll has retired: His voice is getting quiet.

I can't believe they're using the lawsuit in the marketing:

    ElmoWars (An Info Wars Parody)

What sold it for me is Jarrod's shock laughter hearing JD's Elmo impression saying those things.

    ElmoWars (An Info Wars Parody)

So Steve Swanson and JD Hansel made this parody of InfoWars with JD doing an impression of Elmo that I think is brilliant. Even the people who don't listen to podcasts like @LittleJerry92 and @D'Snowth should take the time to listen to this cause, you'll laugh your head off, plus it's not that...

"The Happytime Murders" premieres August 24, 2018

Apparently, it's okay to drop 4 S bombs in a green band trailer?

    The New New Quote Thread

JD Hansel asks Steve Swanson to give his opinion on the Happytime Murders trailer: First of all, you clearly got Kevin Clash in that mix. We all heard that voice. (JD goes "Shh" 5 times) And what are those Muppet rabbits doing there? Do they have a couple left over from Tale of the Bunny Picnic...

    The New New Quote Thread

JD Hansel: Today, in dogs biting their own tails, one Jim Henson production sued another Jim Henson production...sort of. Sesame Workshop sued STX. So it wasn't them suing the Henson company, that would be weird because the Happytime puppets were build in the same room as the Sesame puppets by...

    The New New Quote Thread

JD Hansel: Jarrod, you had a piece on the Muppet Mindset where you presented another side to Happytime Murders, which is the trailer isn't telling of the whole thing and there, believe it or not, might be some heart in this movie. Jarrod Fairclough: Right. I spoke to one of the puppeteers of the...

    The New New Quote Thread

The Muppet podcasters give their thoughts on the Happytime Murders trailer. Jarrod Fairclough: This is gonna sound controversial, considering how often I like to swear on this show, but I thought the swearing was too gratuitous. There's a part where Joel McHale says "I'm with the ****in' FBI."...

Warner Home Video now distributing Sesame Workshop DVDs

I just thought since Shout usually releases classic stuff, I was worried future Sesame DVDs would be nothing but classic. Than I released Gravity Falls isn't exactly classic. I'm excited about the possibility of more Old School releases, but I'm glad they're still doing modern stuff too.

Warner Home Video now distributing Sesame Workshop DVDs

I was a little worried with Shout now releasing Sesame DVDs, that they would stop releasing modern stuff. Looking at the cover for Elmo Explores, I'm glad to see that's not the case. Cause there are some modern street stories that I think are worthy of being on DVD, the Thanksgiving episode, the...
