two of guy smileys game shows have been released on video: beat the time 9with cookie monster as the contestant) was released on the 1986 video "play-along games and songs", and "the remembering game" was included on the 1988 video "big birds storytime". play-along games and songs was...

I have read that there were actually two versions made with cookie monster and herry monster. I have read that jim henson actually performed herry in the first version, which is kinda weird, since I thought that he was created especially for jerry nelson to perform. Also, I know that this song...

I would like it if henson and disney (and possibly hit entertainment, if nessessary) would make a special deal to release every episode of the jim henson hour, uncut and in their original one-hour forms, with show promos (there was a really good one with jim henson talking about the show, which...

actually, he has not always been just a background character. he was around right before jim henson died, he was the star of the television special tale of the Bunny Picnic, he was one of the main characters on The Jim Henson Hour, and he had big parts in The Muppets At walt disney world and...

yes, that is the skit you were thinking of. it is featured in the video/ dvd "learning about Letters". I know that there was also a similar skit where kermit drew the letter k. I have only seen a picture from that sketch, but both have the same setting (the area between hoopers store and 123...

did anybody notice that the song "halfway down the stairs" had kermit and robin listed as the singers on the tracklist even though kermit only introduced it, but he also introduced "what now my love', yet the track listing only lists miss piggy? I think it is weird that this album features...

did lips appear in any of the muppet show annuals?

Fran brill also did voices in these. it seems obvious at times that some performers are not there to perform. in big Bird brings spring to sesame street, when he visits the count, the counts bats count instead. it is too bad that the credits do not list voices. there are many voices that i...

do you know if rosevelt franklin had a regular performer or if he was usually performed by whatever performer was availible to perform him? I know that matt robinson always did the voice. do you know if matt robinson continued to perform rosevelts voice after he stopped playing gordon? i...

my favorite kermit the frog moments from sesame street are: the songs this frog, tadpole, get along, we're alive, i wonder about the world above up there, and i love my elbows. the skit where grover gives kermit a nose. kermits appearance in miami mice. kermit and the girl...

This was part of a video series called "My Sesame Street Home Video", and there were actually 16 volumes, not 18. the videos in this collection were: learning about letters, getting ready to read, learning about numbers, i'm glad i'm me, play-along games and songs, bedtime stories and...

is the version of Air listed the one with guy smiley or the one sung by bip bipodotta (the sesame street version of mahna mahna)? can you tell me who sings each song on this video, what the songs are about, and what the plot of the video is? I know that kermit sings "on my pond', bert sings...

To: Secret squirrel in the last three years, the only segment shown on sesame street with kermit the frog has been do De Rubber Duck, where he is mostly a background character and only had one line. If sesame workshop is allowed (or willing to spend the money) to have show old kermit skits...

In honor of this, my 8th post on this message board, I thought i would make a thread about the king of 8. Anyway, I know that jim henson performed the voice of the king of 8, but does anybody know who did the voices of the other characters in this segment? It sounds like jerry nelson...

It has been a long time since i last saw any of the jim henson play-along videos, and i was wondering if anybody could tell me who the main performers in these videos were? I know that jim henson performed in quite a few of them, and frank oz performed in at least two of them (wow, you're a...

Does anybody know what the plot of the 1986 video release "i'm glad i'm me" is about?

My favorites are zoot and lips, but i voted for lips. he was a really cool-looking character who didn't appear very often. he should have been in john denver and the muppets: rocky mountain holiday (after all, all of the other electric mayhem members except dr. teeth were, and rizzo was there...
