Sadly the closest Krispy Kreme I have to me is up in CT at Mohegan Sun. A friend of mine brought donuts from that place over to another friend’s house in RI, I tried a glazed donut and..... oh my goodness. It was like heaven in my mouth. 😳 I have thought of going down to Mohegan at some point...

For some reason the texture and flavor of gummies are just..... eh, when it comes to ice cream toppings for me. Marshmallows just kind of get in the way for me.

I also don't mind maybe putting caramel sauce on, but I really also need to be in the mood for it as well.

The only time I’ll put sprinkles on ice cream meanwhile is if I’m at a party or at a frozen yogurt shop and I want to jazz up my toppings. Which usually are sprinkles, cookies, chocolate sauce and nuts. I’m not big on putting stuff like gummies or marshmallows.

I’ll admit I don’t mind sprinkles on vanilla or strawberry frosting but not so much on chocolate.

Also on the subject of donuts, what are your thoughts of them with sprinkles? I gotta be honest, they add a nice crunch, sure, but otherwise they just kind of get in the way. I feel weird as an adult eating them with sprinkles (same with ice cream).
