As far as I know, Paul Fusco (the creator of ALF) is the voice and puppeteer for the character. I don't know who those other people are, but my best guess would be that they are people who were inside of the full-body ALF costume when full-body shots were needed. I thought the ALF talk show...

I really like it when they can do that kind of thing well. There are sometimes, though, when I'm not too fond of the song being the same as a theme from the movie. For example--I was never really crazy about the love theme from "Superman" being set to words. "Can you read MY MIIIIIND?!?"...
