Whose Line is BACK! (for the time being)

Uhhh.... obsession with reality shows and lousy sitcoms?

Anyone else glad that Palisades cut down on the...

I agree... yet, since the character isn't well known, I doubt that it would have sold, as they had trouble selling Miss Piggy and the Swine Trek, dispite the fact she's an A list Muppet...

    Any Muppet-Eatery Toys soon?

Shame McDonalds doesn't have 35th anniversary SS toys. I mean, retro SS T shirts are a hit with Tweenage girls, so why not a series of small action figures or something?

Movies you really don't want to see?

Yu-gi-oh... bleeechhh! You know... that gets a national release, and I only found spotted places that screened Spirited Away and Cowboy Bebop only at midnight... sighhhh!

Sesame Street cards from American Greetings

Exact same design! There are a few cards with the actual puppet posers on it, but they're pretty juvenile, and they're like 3 and 4 bucks, because they have some gimic inside...

    I miss Guy Smiley

Well.... they do show "Do de rubba Duck" in the current season... I mean, I can kind of see why he's not on in reruns anymore. I mean, the character is pretty much a send up of 70's (and early early 80's) Game show hosts (i.e. Monty Hall) and Game shows don't really have the same effect they...

    Sesame Street 35th Anniversary mini-ornaments

You know... I was at Carlton yesterday, and I completely over-looked it. They do have a nice Fairly Oddparents one, a Dexter's Laboratory, a Garfield, and of course, Mr. Magoo.... I didn't see the boxed sets, though....

    Sesame Street Wooly Willys

I don't think I like to see an Eye brow-less Smiling Oscar..... disturbing. These are pretty cute, though expensive. Personally, I want the Ren and Stimpy "Mr. Horse" Wooly more, but these are pretty cool....

Muppet Baby plush/DVD sets premiere at Target

Sorry to break it to you, but... uh... considering they're trying to get rid of them, I do not think we'll see them any time soon.... >>same here, I want those dvds! ^__^<< Yeah... I mean, it's a shame this emmy award winning classic doesn't get a proper DVD release, but they have boxed...

    Why does Janice swear?

I still do not understand why the heck, h*** (for swear filter reasons, I won't type it) is a swear anyway. I mean, I'll let the D word go, but **** is a place (fictional or real, depending on your beliefs). What really cheese me off is you have to say "heck" as in "Darn ya ta heck, ya filthy...

I hope Sesame Workshop never sells the company

And even so, do you think Disney would be any less relentless in using Elmo than SW? I mean, given the way they totally sold out Winnie the Pooh and 101 Dalmations... even more than Donald Duck and Goofy? Not to mention that a lot of Vintage Disney IS under lock and Key.... Song of the...

    Muppet Film and TV References

Bump! In, of all things, an episode of Super Mario Bros. 3, I found one... In the episode Sneaky, lying, giant Ninja Koopas, not only do they have a reference to the TMNT movie, (Big Mouth said, "I love Bein' a Koopa," ala Michelangelo), there was also this one scene where a giant parrot...

    Your Thoughts: Fraggle Rock DVD

Ahhh... so it IS only at Sprawl*mart.... No wonder why Target and Best buy.... and Suncoast... and Boarders... and everywhere else I checked had none.... The closest Wal*store is all the way on the Highway. Shame Best buy didn't pick up the option. I mean, who wants a magical, memorable...

    New movies coming out...

I'd never see it. I knew something was wrong from the begining when I heard the cast.... Plus, Garfield looked waaaay to energetic from the commercials... Heathcliff is more of the energetic one, Garfield is the more sarcastic lazy one.... Plus the other animals should have been CGI's as...

Look what Hollywood is remaking next!

Other than Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Transformers, they all sound like awful, mindless, pointless ideas. A live action Japanese cartoon with american actors? Well... I heard they were planning a Lupin the 3rd... but what the frik's the point. Rerelease them.,.. they'll make much...

Sesame Street cards from American Greetings

I've seen these like 2 weks ago at Target... they look great. I mean, I know people like puppet versions over retro 70's-80's children's book stylizations, but these work well for this line of product...

    "Sesame Street" Subway Commercial

Notice the contrast here..... SS is sponsered by McDonalds, and they're using an SS song for Subway, a company that wants people to eat healthier, thus trying to get more customers to eat at their place.,....

Well... I'm just REALLY REALLY happy it's not (c) Disney for Muppet stuff.... I'l leave it at that!

Muppets From Space back in theatres!

Yeah... it was a "bookworm" Wednsday deal as well.... it was only seen if you bring a book report. Oddly enough, both times I saw MFS in the cheaper theaters, the place was PACKED!!!

Say Goodbye to Muppet Show DVD's

Crud... Well... I was at WalMart (months ago) and I did get one... then I went a month (less than a month, actually) and they were all gone. and they were at a sweeet 8.88 per disk price.
