Sesame Street DVD for injured veterans

...still. A devorce is bad, but at least people don't get seriously injured (depending on the reasons for devorce and the couple that is).

    Lots of MUP3's, Wanna Trade?

So, someone has Muppets take manhattan now? In that case, can someone send me "Can't take no for an answer"? And if anyone has "Signs!" I'd like One Way. Thank you

    The Fate of Muppetvision 3*D

Does this mean the Star Wars muppet figures aren't goint to be made as well? It's been a long time since we've had merchandise to be really excited about, save the expensive replicas. Wonder if this means I'll have to pay an arm and a leg from an e-bay person if I want to get the MV3D PVC...

The most DATED thing on classic Sesame Street?

I have no idea why the heck those were considered learning about healthy foods. They had nothing to do with anything, and it didn't even want to make kids get up and dance, just change the channel. That was just a cheap thing they filmed in a day that they could re-dub and make it look like 2...

Sesame Street DVD for injured veterans

I want to point out, I find it hillariously hypocritical they didn't allow Snuffy's parents to get a devorce, because using a pupper character would have been too heavy, but then having one in combat coming home in a wheel chair is okay...

    Creepiest Movie Ever!

That scene in Akira where the protagonist was in the hospital having the nightmare hallucination about the Teddy Bear, the Car, and the Bunny creeped the heck out of me. And I saw it when I was 19 too. Couldn't sleep for a week.

    Muppet Film and TV References

I just watched a Duck Dodgers cartoon called "Too Close for Combat," where at the end, the Martian Queen orders her drones to paint Marvin (long story) green. The Drone says "Sorry, Commander. It's not easy being painted green!"

New Kermit & Piggy Christmas Ornaments @ Wal-Mart!

It's the same Mickey/Minnie Logic. Piggy does have fans, but she never really sells as well as the odd man out characters, like Animal or Beaker. That said, I wish Target carried these. Wal+marts aren't too plentiful in my area, and I doubt I'd be able to find these anywhere else.

    Creepiest Movie Ever!

It did have creepy moments. Chalk that up to Tim Burton, whose movies are playfully creepy. The Large Marge segment and the nightmare sequence about the clowns destroying PeeWee's bike were creepy. no complaint there. Still one of my favorite movies. The only movie in my adult life to...

    New Muppet comic Strip

A couple pages back, I think it was established it did as well as any mainstream comic book. I think it was even outselling Nickelodeon. And by splashing HSM allover the place, you'd think it would be guarenteed another year at least. But hey, 90% ads and a 5 dollar price tag isn't easily...

    Not Enough Classic Clips

Must have been very early 90's. I remember seeing them as a child. Of course, I watched SS all the time till I was 8 or 9. Then I watched thime with my sister who was born in 1990. Anyway, I will say, they are trying with 1980's segments. Most of them can be aired without being dated, and...

The most DATED thing on classic Sesame Street?

Does anyone else watch anything besides SS besides me? It wasn't just SS. Every bloody show and commerical had to shoehorn something in about obesity to try to combat the fact that there are fat people. The kids shows at least had some taste to it. Special K is still selling it's wretchid...

    New Muppet comic Strip

I'd love to see how an At the Dance comic would work. I saw one from the Muppet Show Diary on wiki, and I tried my hand at drawing one, which was mixed. So it would be pretty weird to see that go down. I wish they could at leat continue DA as a Comics Zone publication. But seriously, when...

    The Fate of Muppetvision 3*D

Actually, my least favorites were Cars and Bugs Life. Toy Story has become their Snow White or Mickey mouse (Pixar that is), so it's pretty much their icon. I could see that. A Cars ride seems pretty tailor made. I can't wait for a Ratatoullie restaruant that sells really really really bad...

The most DATED thing on classic Sesame Street?

Kids don't need Ipods, Xboxes, their own computers either. At least SW is making some money off these things to work on their projects. If we all forget the commerical kid's show first appereared in 1991, and it starred an obnoxious purple dinosuar. Since then, children's television has slid...

    Muppet Film and TV References

Actually, I disagree. You see, it was clearly inspired by animal, and it could just be one of those "we had to change the look or we'd get sued" type deals Here's the image I wouldn't put it past Maxwell Atoms to have a muppet reference. He once had "Manah Manah" on his Myspace page.

    Not Enough Classic Clips

An impartial and probably incorrect list of skits from the 80's used recently (Season 38) on SS Splish Splash (elephant taking a bath) Ernie and Bert "That's what friends are for" Ernie and Bert "checkers with bernice" Postcards from Big bird: New mexico Postcards from Big Bird: Farmer's...
