In Development: Henson's Fraggle Rock Movie

Whatever's in the Fraggle Film is up to the Zappa kid. I can't get them all together. They have names LIKE Fraggles- I bet they were even raised like Fraggles. Who better to write the film than a Bohemian with a bizzarre name? just kidding. I'm remaining possitive that something...

*Sigh* It's That Time of the Decade Again...

I dunno.. I haven't seen more than 2 seconds of an episode for years. maybe it's different that they ditched the puppet characters. That turtle thing sounded like Thw Waterboy. I really wish I could get a side by side comparison. Personally, I'm just glad they brought back the REAL Honest...

    Fraggle Rock Animated

Well, the cartoon was good for what it was... and frankly, the animation was better than Muppet Babies (first season animated into aside) ever was. That last season where everything was brightly colored to the point where it was blinding especially. But I always wondered... why not just take...

    The Chipmunks' Triumphant Return

The problem is, you have to stand out really really hard. it's a wall of no talent goof balls that can use every swear known to mankind in succession, and a few hidden gems. Of course, there are some great animations and animators trying to break through on that site, but are constantly hidden...

Only good thing about her was she wasn't teaching little girls to be little hussies, like the Bratz- another Saturday morning show I'm GLAD is gone, BTW. But this whole attitude of kids growing up too fast worries and depresses me. They want to abandon cartoons for equally cartoonish live...

*Sigh* It's That Time of the Decade Again...

The voices are increadibly grating. Half the characters sound like bad impersonations of Adam Sandler in the Waterboy.

*Sigh* It's That Time of the Decade Again...

There are quite a few pandering shows. I hate to bring up Superwhy again, but it's just a dreadful, ugly looking show with no appeal to anyone over the age of 2 months (of Pregnancy) that tries to be interractive, but comes off more condesending and patronizing. Plus, speaking as a fan of the...

Actually, it wasn't so much that one. Sega and 4Kids still have a good relationship with each other. In fact, one could argue that Sonic X was one of its better Dubs. Frankly, Sonic's cartoons have been hit or Miss anyway. SATAM was great, the Adventures was okay for what it was, it doesn't...

Narf... I can't believe I forgot about Andy Samburg!

    The Chipmunks' Triumphant Return

But who watches the uncopyrighted stuff? Most of it is real junk! Any fool with a web cam can act like a mook in front of it, and think they're an instant celebrity. Just like the other three million of these a day. The funny thing is sometimes the most obscure things get pulled down...

This is how out of touch the company is...

Actually, they don't seem to be pulling stuff related to the Mouse either. But then again, a lot of those are Disney Afternoon cartoons. And I'm golad they're up there, since I don't know if Disney intends to release the rest of some of those series to DVD.

HAHAHAH! You're serious? With what 4Kids did, systematically alienating every studio in Japan, there's no way they'll ever get another anime they didn't already make successful. I mean, if they don't come out with Dinosaur King Merchandise, any chance of Sega and 4Kids retaining a partnership...

Disney Enlists Segel & Stoller for new Muppets movie

Agreed to that. Underdog and Alvin and the Chipmunks may have changed due to corporate pressure (though Alvin was good for what it was), but TMNT changed its direction through the will of its creator. And if anything, I think it's the vision that they were most likeyly to go with anyway...

    Retro Commercials--What's the Attraction?

You know what scares me, since we're on the subject of commercials? Anyone see that ad for Pediasure where the whiney, spoiled, bratty little girl keeps whining at whatever her mother buys? The parents that complain about that whining, instead of doing something are what REALLY are to blame...

*Sigh* It's That Time of the Decade Again...

Depends on the Market. Some markets air different programming than others. It's not a set guideline, which makes PBS different from other television networks. Sure, they have programs that they are told to air, but they air them at the individual programmer's discression. As I said...

    Retro Commercials--What's the Attraction?

The Big G General Mills characters are still about. But Kellogg's seems a might picky about that stuff. I swear I saw a Snap Crackle and Pop commercial in the last few months, but I can't vouche for it. Another Retro Japanese Commercial- http://youtube.com/watch?v=_5AjvE7BZY8 - This time...

Other than TMNT and the Spectacular Spider-Man (which is dang good, lemme tell you) and Tom and Jerry tales, there's nothing worth watching period. Of course, you could tell the end was near with Kid's WB when they had crap like "Skunk Fu" on the line up. Seriously... Dreamwork's Kung Fu Panda...

Sesame Street classic clips on YouTube

http://youtube.com/watch?v=Eat0U6ds6i0 The first (almost) 11 minutes of Telly monster and the Monolithic number 11, straight out of the movie 2001 a Space Odyssey . One of my personal favorites, BTW.

    Fraggle Rock Animated

References like Star Trek, Oz, and Jetsons, as they were used in the show, would fall under parody law. The only time Disney was skiddish about it is when they released the The Tick DVD's, and were afraid Marvel would sue them for the use of a parody character. Of course, at that time Disney...
