    Wall-E: The thread

A wake up call people WON'T listen to, mind you. What I got out of it is a total capitalist distopia, where one company gets so large, that it becomes the ONLY one in existance, and it controlls the population. it has always been my biggest fear. And I really think Fred Willard did a...

Sesame Street Old School Volume 3 DVD

Another thing that bugs me,and this is only because songs from the Street was mentioned, it will be VERY celebrity heavy. And I hope it just encompasses a certain period of time, or we'll get a bunch of current celebs singing songs that are on many other DVD's and Videos.

    Sesame Street Bloopers/Technical Difficulties

In Honk Around the Clock, you can tell the pillars are not secured. If you look closely about 0:40, 0:56 ( both right), and 1:30 (left) Honkers bump into the pillars, and they wobble.

    The Chipmunks' Triumphant Return

Uh, I forgot where I got thim. I'd like to say KB Toys, but more likely it was Child World. I got most of the stuff as gifts, so I don't know where they came from. As for the orniment, I just got it at a Christmas store several years ago. And the Bean Bag was from a Gift Shop.

What are the lamest, Dullest, and Worst Non-Muppet segments?

I think the Bill Cosby, Richard Pryor, and Pee Wee Herman segments are exepmpt from that rule. bill and Richard especially did something interresting and funny with them. Other than the George Washinton playing with blocks, I agree 100 percent. Some were alright, but, and I'm glad you...

    The Chipmunks' Triumphant Return

Oh yeah. Ideal toys had an Alvin line. In fact, I had the Chipmunk posable figures, the PVC's, and the chipmunk theater. Never had any of the plush, though. Then Gund had a line in the late 90's, of classic bean bags. There were ones that sang the Christmas song too. And a Kurt Adler...

    Wall-E: The thread

I just saw it, and all I can say... the feel good post-apocalyptic, anti-consumerist nightmare distopian epic of the season. But it was such an amazing, haunting film. There's so much feeling conveyed by the robot characters without speaking a word (though there was dialogue, mostly on the...

    International skits on Youtube...

Bump Some Canadian Sesame Park just pooped up a couple months ago. And I just found them today... Theme song and quick skit Basil and the Otter try to get Dody's attention- with end credits Collection of skits, both American and Canadian

What are the lamest, Dullest, and Worst Non-Muppet segments?

Hey Cow I see you now is too unintentionally funny to be lame. Maybe if they didn't keep repeating the same lyrics over and over three times. But I like it. But any specific animated sequences you want to point out? Another just plain bad segment? the Philip Glass colored disks thing...

    The Chipmunks' Triumphant Return

The weird thing is, unlike most Munked songs, it sounds almost EXACTLY like the actual chipmunks. It's funny to hear them speaking Japanese, but I guess its funnier if you like Dragonball. Had I known how to do it, I'd make some myself. Especially with Kinnikuman Go Fight.

    Wall-E: The thread

No matter how amazing a film is, it will always have poor reviews. Just like a poor film will always get a couple rave reviews. I do think they're just disagreeing for the sake of disagreeing, maybe on a political level (not getting into that, though). I'll probably see this one...

    Paul Lynde

Ah yes. The great Paul Lynde. one of my favorite classic comedians. That unmistakably snarky effeminant voice that only he could have originated. For years, voice actors have been paying homage to this famous actor, and did impersonations for cartoon character voices. My personal...

Disney Enlists Segel & Stoller for new Muppets movie

I saw he had a Video log on Youtube a while back. I remember seeing one where he was talking about the Dracula puppet. I don't know if it was just a Sarah Marshall Promotional tool or not, but it would be great if he used it at some point to talk about the film.

    Lots of MUP3's, Wanna Trade?

What is that song where Cookie Monster has Cookies that people keep eating, and Guy Smiley counts them off for him? Is it 6 Cookies? I would like that song, reguardless of what it's called.

What are the lamest, Dullest, and Worst Non-Muppet segments?

Unofficial poll time. What (non-muppet) skits do you think were lame, unappealing, pointless, dull, and just plain bad? I want to see the worst of the worst compiled here, and I want to see what everyone else thinks. And no sweeping generalizations about certain years of the show. I want...

Pretty amazing use of recycling. After all, synthetic fibers are pretty much made of plastic anyway.

    Fraggle Rock Animated

Considering letter writing campaings and the like GOT us Fraggle Rock on DVD period (thanks Warrick, where ever you are!), it wouldn't hurt. I'm sure they are considering, and need the extra push of consumer confidence.

Weinstein rolls with Fraggle Rock movie

I really like what he has to say. He's really trying, wracking his brain and all that, to get a great story and script. He wants it to be a movie, not a 90 minute episode. And he even states tThe Muppet Movie as an example. There is nothing that makes it sound more satisfying than that...
