    Muppet Specials on DVD?

I can safely say that DVD's of specials has never been talk about as of yet. And I think it's really a shame. While the "Specials" that were pilots were released with Seasons 1 and 2 (Sex and Violence and Valentines show respectively) and the third season came with a 1960's PBS special, there...

New Fisher Price SST Collect A Pals

The Count's nose sticks out just a little, but it doesn't require the shape to change all that much. Not to mention it countours without having to sacrifice shape. Big Bird's beak (logistically) would have to be manufactured facing down ward or sideways to fit the same requirements. It...

Fraggle Rock costumes for Halloween 2010

I don't think mass produced and cheaply produced needs any real explanation. Fan costumes are usually the best because the fans know what they want themselves, and they seek to make it as good as they can, and if they have enough money and effort, they can make something that is the quality of...

    My contribution to fan art

Bert, to draw, roughly took me a couple minutes... took a little longer to digitally alter it so it looked like colored cardboard, but not as long as I expected.

Fraggle Rock costumes for Halloween 2010

Compared to the Sesame Street line, I think these are pretty good. I mean, they have FEET and legs. The Big Bird costume didn't even have pants, leaving you to buy orange or yellow pants or something, and the costume was ridiculously expensive anyway. Wish they made a Boober with some sort of...

Some stuff popping in at Disney Stores...

It all has to do with Movie Buzz. personally, I'm not surprised that we didn't get a massive line of Up merchandise in stores, but Monsters VS Aliens? I really hate how TRU claimed dibs on the line, creating artificial scarcity. And yet, TRU has all this Planet 51 stuff they'll never sell...

    Super Mario Bros. Games/Shows/Toys

The figurines are actually remolds and repackages of older vynal Japanese figures (from 2005 or 06). And if you ever saw how much they went for, it's a good thing someone decided to bring them stateside. I would much rather action figures with accessories, too. but they are pretty cool stuff...

    My contribution to fan art

Bert on the medium of discarded shirt cardboard I think the medium suits him fine.

New Fisher Price SST Collect A Pals

Collect-a-pal shape strongly prohibits and limits the look of the characters. All their features would have to fit perfectly into a ball shape. Big Bird's beak would be out of the question, even though his head would be perfect. Bert also... he has that pointy head. The only other characters...

Overused Plots in Movies and TV

And they did that on one of the Scooby Doo movies and an episode of Family Guy as well. The gag has been done so many times that they even manage to copy jokes about it as well. But I'll take body switching and shrink rays over pregnant women in stuck elevators anyday.

So Like, Is KAET TRYING to Sabotage Sesame Street?

I somehow managed to catch a few of the newer BTL episodes, which were clearly intended to be shown in widescreen on one of the "extra" PBS channels you get on digital broadcast. And they were both cropped. Completely cropped, cutting off large lines of text. And since it's a reading show...

So Like, Is KAET TRYING to Sabotage Sesame Street?

Seems like they needed one more minute to fill in recent episodes and just tossed that bit in. SO I can see why you think it was a mistake. Especially since they did it randomly.

    Super Mario Bros. Games/Shows/Toys

Ooohh! Good thing that didn't happen to me. I gotta say, I could never beat SMB 1 without an emulator or something. I'm always stuck as small Mario just before the last Koopa, and I always died. I'm glad we finally have some Mario stuff (the best stuff since the original 80's Mario...

Overused Plots in Movies and TV

Oh... and they ALWAYS name the baby after whoever helps birth it. Forgot that one. Talk about unoriginality. If you're gonna steal plots, steal a GOOD one.

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 40

I called it. They used that "In My Room" thing instead of an Ernie and Bert's great adventure. it's a catchy song, but when I want to see Ernie and Bert, I wanna see something funny. Even the oatmeal frog was pretty funny. I guess the episode was alright. Again, there is NO call for Abby...

    Season 40 Hidden Gems

Harvey Kneeslapper popped up at the exact end of the street story and slapped a number 7 on Wolfgang's Beach Ball. I think Joey performed him here.

Some stuff popping in at Disney Stores...

Yeah, but kids weren't dumb enough to buy Terminator Salvation stuff, even Marshall's and it's ghetto cousin A.J. Wright have trouble getting rid of them... even on deep discounts of 1 or 2 bucks a figure. The fact they dropped all 25th anniversary TMNT figure plans to chase the worst movie of...

Overused Plots in Movies and TV

OH GAAAAAWWWWWD! And you thought I hated that before. Man, if the cliche is so old Dick VanDyke did it, you know you're noth worthy to be a writer. I can't remember all of them, I swore All in the Family (or at least one of the spin offs) did it (shame such a clever show had to steal that plot...

    Main characters = most common?

Rarity is only character driven if the character is so popular that all the merchandise sells, or if the character is so obscure that very few of the run of the merchandise features them. It's all supply and demand, basically.
