Ah... You're thinking of the Donald Trump Muppet, Snowth. Don't think he was actually meant to appear in the same episode as/with Donald Grump. To my knowledge, he was only seen in the Season 36 promo photo with Donald Grump included in that season's press announcement. Hope this helps.
