I think Ken has said they would like PVC sets 3 and 4 from Muppet Christmas Carol to be out around late October, November for the holiday sales.

It's very unlikely. It's a possibility in 2004, but lots of other things in the company right now take precedence. The company is going through a major evaluation and planning period right now.
