    He died on Christmas Eve of 2012. I'm sorry that you didn't notice this thread. His death saddened Muppet fans everywhere. Charles Durning will be remembered by many people everywhere.

    I'm so excited that TY is creating the Muppet Beanie Buddies. I've grown up with the TY Beanie Babies and Buddies and I remember owning Zoom the Turtle, Serenity the Dove, and Scurry the Beatle. I bet it would be available in the United Kingdom soon.

    Here's a beautiful tribute picture LIFE Magazine released on the final page of "Farewell: Remember the Friends We Lost in 2012". Carroll Spinney did the illustration in this tribute and has incredible words written by the people at LIFE.
