That's so cool Davina!
I gotta say, your MR Kermit has an EXCELLENT head & mouth shape. Did he arrive that way or did you give him a sharper curve yourself? I think the only pics I saw of your Kermit before are from when you first got him, and he was sitting on the box in front of your...
True dat. And no worries, your Animal looks perfect.
Antony! OMG! I hope you find a way to get everything worked out, that really sucks. I think I'd go cuckoo if something like that happened to one of my Muppets. Yikes! And you had him so great looking too! Well, good practice for your...
LOL, yeah. I'd be having some cat soup if our kitties ever messed with my MR Muppets.
You've got the pupil-placement looking great on your Animal! Good job. Can't wait to see Gonzo hanging up there too.
Oh yeah, you don't like Pirates do you? Hee-hee. I think I'll go watch Pirates 3...
I was gonna do the same thing last Christmas, but by the time I decided to do it, they were all out. I saw them again this year, but I thought about the size issue as well. The body looks about right, but those sleeves and legs are waaay too short.
Could always get the biggest one and pin...
Well said MC. When I was applying hot glue & black felt to my Animals' eyelids, my wife came in and was like, "you're putting glue on him?". Then, after I explained to her how he looked before, she was just like "oooh", and then walked away, not having noticed anything wrong before (but to be...
Those are friggin AWESOME Mr. Supes! I especially love the third one. Are those adult-size sunglasses, or kids'? Great posing. ;)
So I have a question for my fellow Animal handlers: Are your Animals' arms kinda weak? I have a problem when I try to have my MR Animal keep his arms raised...
That new tongue is awesome MC! I may have to follow suit when I get the time. For now I just cut out a flat tongue from a foamie sheet. It suffices for when his mouth is closed, but that's hardly ever so his fat tongue stays in most of the time.
Anybody else get their MR Animal recently...
Here's a couple pics of the same pose, oh, and earlier I forgot to add that my Animal is #155. Pretty close to my Kermit at #187 (I think!).

That's so friggin awesome man! Congrats to you.
Charles Schultz was (and still is) one of the biggest influences in my life. My Mom always told me I'd get to meet him someday, and I still believe that. I'm only sad that it won't happen in this life, :) That man is definitely missed.
Wow, everybody has such great pics of their Animal! That's cool. I've been wanting to post my own, but haven't gotten any time until today.
I've just got 3 pics I'm showing, the first is after I replaced his pupils with velvet and glued black felt onto his eyelids (they're adjustable now...
My Animal tried to get delivered today, but because I have a job I wasn't home, never am during the week, so I got nothing! :sympathy:
Hopefully those FedEx guys will work with me and schedule a drop off or something, otherwise how am I supposed to get my Animal? Boo-hoo. I'm glad the rest...
I'll be getting my Animal on Monday as well, and I can't wait of course! As soon as I get him set up, I'll post some pics in the Animal Pic Thread.
AN-I-MAL!
:halo:
That's so cool Earl! Maybe the cast members in Florida will let you get a pic with Sweetums huh? LOL. I can't believe they wouldn't let us take a pic at Disneyland even with the flash off! :sympathy: Oh well.
I know you'll have fun man! You and the wife goin?
Cheers!
:)
Anthony
Oh man, that is so cool! I'm really hopin' that we get to go to Disneyland next year. I guess we'll hafta see what tax season brings.
Awesome pin Earl! Are there any other characters wearing the ears?
MuppetCaper, I'm not really sure why you are getting so upset. When you started this thread, you made it sound like (to me at least, that's why I was so worried) these were supposed to be new pictures of a new prototype. Myself and others suggested changes, and you jumped right on board. Now...
That's what I've been trying to make myself believe this whole time, the main reason I haven't really said anything before. BUT, there are too many pictures showing that Gonzo proto looking the same for it to be just the pictures.
I can't find it, but do you guys remember that first pic...
Thanks fellas!
I sent Amy a PM over on the MR Board, as well as posting the same image in a thread that MuppetCaper started over there. I know it's probably too late to change his upper lip, but hopefully they can fix his pupils. Time will tell!
Really itchin' to get these guys in my...
Hmm, looks to me that it's the same material, just blurred or softened with PhotoShop as others have stated.
I still see problems, namely: his pupils are too high and spread apart on his eyeballs, and his upper lip is too pronounced. I just made some quick (and I mean quick, not going for...
