I'm willing ot bet that's "free shipping within the US" but it would be worth a shot...
sadly, I already ordered...and there doesn't seem to be a way to cancel and reorder...
I knwo how ya feel, Fozzie...I never got to see more than a few episodes on CTV up here in canada...didn't even know there WAS a second season for the longest time...
I have boht of those!! One is sitting on my desk in front of me at work as we speak (the blue one) the other, red one is at home on my coffee table...I've used them both up, but keep putting new kleenex into them cause I want to keep them :)
Anyway they both have a lot of muppets, true, and...
in my experience, you'd only save about 4-5 bucks in shipping...cause they still have to pay for shipping to them (about 5 bucks) and then pay again to have it shipped to you (also 4 or 5 bucks)...and you have to wait twice as long.....
ayway, ordered mine!! ;) trcrack, where in Canada are you??
I could only see those MT pigs showing up in PVC formn or else waaaay far into the figure line, when they're hurting for non-varients to release...
hmm..one thing I wish that survived from MT and that I'd love to see, would be the all-elvis theatre...now that was funny :D
yeah, I may end up doing that...I can buy them myself and get someone to ship them up here...but if I do that I'll want to wait until I can afford them all at once...so maybe later...thanks for the answer!
I have no idea what the actual case may be, but when I heard "fully extended" in regards t othe swine trek, I started thinking that maybe it would look like the space ship and pull open from a seam down the middle to show the bridge area from the muppet show...
that's just speculation, and...
Does anyone know if/when Columbia plans on releasing more of these? I have the first 2 tapes, and want the other 13! Sadly, I can't get them from time-life in canada....
anyway, just wondering...
the teleton idea actually might work..or hold a benefits show, aybe something like muppetfest, that tours N. america....I'd go, and I bet they oculd make a good profit if they did it well and promoted it right...
BUT, wouldnt' any profits made off the muppets go to the parent comapny, and not...
I can kind of understand the varients, but I would rather have a new character than another remake of a character we already have. hopefully Bejamina Gunn and patrol bear fozzie will be held off on and we'll get some more original characters, or at least characters in more "classic" styles...
