I would have to chose between:
Comcast-It would keep it as a major movie studio, and then also add cable channels with it!
TimeWarner-It would be reunited with about 600 for MGM own films that Turner stoled from MGM, classic such as Wizard Of Oz, and Gone With The Wind!

What would happen if they bought MGM:
Time Warner:MGM's libary of films would be merged with Turners catalog of films(Witch was stoled from MGM in 1986!), and MGM would put out two to five films a year.
SONY:MGM would stay it's own studio, and operate seprate from SONY.
NBC Universal:MGM...
They even have a 3D simulator ride at EVERY Paramount Theme Park! and Some Six Flags Theme Parks! And a Breakdancer ride themed to Spongebob at Paramount's Great America!

I'm confused! :confused: If Columbia did all the muppet movies, except Muppet Chirstmas Carol and Muppet Treasure Island. Does Disney also get the rights to those films made by Columbia? :confused:
Why did they buy the Fomula 1 Racing? That was carrier sucide! :boo: They could have used that money to promte there characters in the US, and use the cable channels to showcase them. :eek: What IDIOTS! :p
I did a little reserch into it, and in the 60's United Artist purchaed the rights. Then in 1981 when TransAmerica sold UA to MGM, MGM inhearited the rights!
Did anyone else watch Final Cut:The Making Of Heaven's Gate, The Unmaking of a studio on TRIO the other day? I disturbed me how one person can bankrupt a movie studio! :sympathy:
