Perhaps he was just symbolizing how Disney doesn't come up with their own stuff - they just assimilate what others have done?
.... *ducks the incoming bullets*
The other question I'm still waiting for (gonna find out whan that first DVD is on the shelves) is whether or not the editors are going to decide to get... creative. "Hmm... this scene isn't really needed." I don't want another Tristar-butcher incident.
I hate to bit nitpicky (I'll definately be buying the DVD anyway to give HIT some incentive), but why release only 2 episodes on a DVD? I completely understand the economic logic in doing this with VHS tapes, since when those are made only the amount of magenetic tape needed to fit the content...
Trouble is the highest-resolution image of Fraggles you could get is 640x480 - tiny compared to what most people have their desktop set t. You could resize it, but it'd be horribly blurred. Not to mention converting analog tv to digital doesn't usually look too good anyway because of the...
This was written a few years back by a girl named Vanessa. Her website isn't around anymore and I can't find this anywhere via search engines. Does anyone out there by chance have a copy of this?
Heh, this is wonderful - all the behind the scenes info some people get access to that the rest of the world never gets to see. You'd think we were dealing with government-protected flying saucer information. They're probably already relocating Area 51 as a result of this breach in security...
Well, in any event, I've started archiving. The farscape threads are now all saved. In the end it'll all look pretty ugly but the text will still be intact. No idea if I'll actually be able to archive the whole thing though. My clicking finger will sure be bloody tired by the time I'm finished...
Phil I responded to your email - if you don't see it in your inbox, check the bulk folder as a lot of email programs seem to like sending my emails directly to the spam bin (something to do with my verizon isp apparently).
As for getting ahold of the database, it'd be nice and I guess we...
Well if you're talking about member account info, I don't think being an admin allows that access to that - since when you register at Delphi you register to the whole system not just one board. And since pretty much any average joe can go over there and set up a board, it'd be a huge security...

You'll probably need to register before you can really poke around, and only paid subscription gives you access to search ALL the messages back to the beginning of time. I don't like it more than anyone else, but that's how the service runs things...
Well, momentarily it is. I emailed Delphi about it yesterday and they gave it a little extension on life. With all the trouble we had with the service, I'm impressed at how quickly the response came. Luckily the forum had just been closed (I literally caught it a week after they shut it down)...
Granted, but I'm not one to burn down the malt shop where I used to go with my girlfriend because of a rough breakup (yes, I stole that from Weird Al). I went to remember the good times, and there were a lot of those.
I know it's not used anymore, but I always go back to poke around the old threads for nostalgia's sake. I just tried to get on there today and it's gone. Guess I should've done some kind of archive operation when I had the chance :(
Yeah, that's one of my favorites among FR's more serious songs. It's a beautiful song. And I guess its one of the first signs of a change in Junior's life - where he's starting to see the bigger picture but still doesn't understand.
