Nominate Clips for an upcoming Sesame Workshop project!

I don't have a Facebook account. If somebody is willing to nominate some clips for me, please nominate these: Episode 3120's street scenes [Oscar adopts a kitten] Cookie Monster goes to the bakery for something that rhymes with sky and ends up attempting to eat Guy Smiley Elmo asking an...

Should there be a Sesame Street Channel?

How do you know that Dora and Blues Clues are at the top?

Should there be a Sesame Street Channel?

I still say that if Sesame Workshop pitched the idea to Viacom or PBS, it might work out. After all, who would say no to the biggest franchise in children's television?

Should there be a Sesame Street Channel?

Viacom or PBS might be interested if the idea is pitched to them. If not, then Sesame Workshop can use their vast Tickle Me Elmo/DVD fortune.

    Sesame Workshop launches video.sesameworkshop.org

This video site is a great start, but it needs improvement. For starters, there needs to be plots/street scenes from episodes. Next, we need loads more sketches. At least twenty new videos should be uploaded a day for the next fifteen years. Then maybe we'll finally have every single Sesame...

Should there be a Sesame Street Channel?

Not the complete series! Anyway, let's get back on topic. A Sesame Street channel would probably end up with Elmo as the mascot for the daytime block. I think that Big Bird, Mr. Hooper, or Guy Smiley would be a good mascot for the night time vintage block.

Should there be a Sesame Street Channel?

Little kids that can't read might have trouble using iTunes.

Should there be a Sesame Street Channel?

Every single Sesame Street episode on iTunes is a good idea. Then again, Sesame Street has it's own online video player. And even then it only has a couple hundred sketches. Anyway, even though you don't want to spend every single minute watching Sesame Street, you don't have to. I like Cartoon...

Should there be a Sesame Street Channel?

It probably wont happen, Muppet Baby. I may have come up with this idea, but unfortunately, I am not the executive of Sesame Workshop, so I can't put it into action. Then again, they said that a Sesame Street theme park would probably never happen, and we have Sesame Place.

Should there be a Sesame Street Channel?

Maybe Muppet Central could build an online Sesame Street Channel. We have an online radio.

    CGI vs Puppetry

I prefer puppets. CGI looks heartless, corporate, and ugly. I don't know why, but I've always found the imperfect methods to be more appealing.

Is there going to be a third volume? :p

    Hunt For Happiness

I don't have any tapes. I could make some, but then I'd only have modern Sesame Street.

    Hunt For Happiness

Awww. I wish that it was on home video. Tape trading is so risky. I lost thirty five bucks through that once.

    I want every episode from 1 - 3005

I wouldn't do that. I once gave away thirty bucks for a Dexter's Laboratory tape, and it never came. Tape trading is dangerous.

    Hunt For Happiness

I love this sketch. Does it have a VHS or DVD release, or is Hunt for Happiness trapped in the Sesame Street vaults?

Oscar and Moishe Oofnik at Israel's 60th Birthday Celebration, Washington DC

I see that you're talking about the Palestinians and the Muslims.

Should there be a Sesame Street Channel?

I think that less successful shows would drag down the ratings. No Dragon Tales. Plus, we have PBS Kids Sprout for those shows. If it's absolutely necessary, there could be censorship.

Build your own Elmo from Build a Bear

Who would buy an unstuffed doll? It's probably not very huggable.

    Follow That Bird Discussion Thread

This movie was pure genius. However, I was shocked and upset that Elmo didn't have a cameo. Then again, if Elmo appeared, he probably would've stolen the spotlight. Anyway, this movie was Sesame Street's finest hour. Big Bird was in the spotlight, as nature intended, but the other characters had...
