Rowlf only had 3 lines to my recollection.
1. While he was playing the piano, he hummed along.
2. When Kermit runs in he says, "Hey Kermit"
3. I think after Kermit kisses Piggy he says, "Whoa"
When he says Hey Kermit it sounds really close to Jim's Rowlf.
I also would have liked...
i too was glad to see all of our old favorites. i also like how they didn't overuse or try to force any characters. Each character got their acceptable amount of screen time. I liked the new characters too. The snowman was funny except Mel Brooks sounded like he was coughing up a cat (btw Feline...
Swedish Chef was in the part where Kermit was talking to all the Muppets about what they can do to save the theater. He just says a couple of things though.
I also noticed some...uh...strange behavior in this fantastic movie such as...
-The relationship between Pepe (Pee-Pee :)) and Rachel
-Scooter gyrating in a cage.
-Animal funnel-chugging
-Johnny serving shots to Rachel
-Pepe saying "sucks"
But hey they promised edgy, they delivered...
Wow. I'm in shock. I loved it. Loved it . Loved it. Loved it. I know truly know what the word heartwarming means. I just had a good feeling inside after it ended. It had everything. When they first showed the after-party at the beginning showing all the muppets a huge smile grew on my face...

I got kind of sad after I read it though because it reminded me of how great this show was and how much I want to see it again. :(
i was just watching the deleted scenes on The Muppet Christmas website and found these classics:
ROWLF:Oh boy. This piano's out of tune. I love out of tune pianos.
FLOYD:Look it's Miss Hamhock when she was just a little sausage roll.
BUNSEN:There's Rowlf when he was just a little wee...
some of my favorites. geez. let me think.
DOC:I don't care if the turkey says the dog's a turkey. The dog's not the turkey. The turkey's the turkey you turkey.
OSCAR:Gee I never roomed with a rat before. That might be kinda nice.
GROVER:Hello I am a mouse and I am not stirring. Notice...
In my local newspaper, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, there is an interview with Kermit. In it there is discussion of what he's been up to lately, Iraq, his relationship with Miss Piggy and the Denny's commercial among other things. It is a very good and very funny interview. There is also a...
awesome. thanks so much. i'm glad to see Brian Henson is still an active member of the Henson team even though he stepped down as the chairman. I can't wait to see this movie. 6 DAYS!
i just want to know who performs the muppets we haven't seen in a while. I'm pretty sure Rowlf is by Bill Barretta, but who does Scooter,Janice,Dr. Teeth (John Kennedy?), and even Sam?
this is a cool thing a friend of mine did for english class. they had to do a survey and she did hers on the muppets so i thought i'd give you the survey.
1. What is your gender?
2. Do you consider yourself a Muppet fan?
3. Which is your favorite Muppet? (note the only choices are...
this one's from a Celebrity Jeopardy skit on Saturday Night Live. Alec (Will Ferrell) is naming the categories and he goes:
"FAMOUS MUPPET FROGS. Let me start by saying all the answers in this category are Kermit The Frog."
i was just going to post this but looks i'm too late. anyway it was a great review and there's a cool picture in it too. I think it's from the Moulin Scrooge scene. It's a picture of Fozzie in a ringleader type outfit with a moustache.
