Yeah, coppyright laws can get kinda wierd. You can blatantly rip something off, making a bundle from it and never get nailed. Yet at other times you can be sued for having a character that was not even intended to look like the popular version. I guess it all depends on who owns the character...

Thanks!! I have 'No Strings' and while it is a very cool book, and has some info on the Skeksis, it does not really go into detail about the building of the costume. I have not seen this other book, but I'll be sure to look for it now The wearable rig is something that I neet to find out more...

That is really cool!! I have been looking for replica Henson puppets for a long time. To bad this one is a little bit out of my price range. It will be interesting to see if this thing gets pulled off of ebay for copyright infringement....
