my name is alex. i was born alexander. i hate the "ander" bit its rubbish. i remember at school teachers called me alexander.(and of course titters and giggling followed from my friends in my class) i hated it. years and...
oh no! whats going on now? hey count any cookies left? i'm starving!
hello whatever. i don't believe we've met. do you frequent the palisades board much? i've not seen you there before. :D
i wouldn't be too hasty unless they have any others. it might be worth going on the palisades message board and stating your case. maybe someone in the know might be able to help out. maybe thay could sort some sticks out for you. i run adrum shop in london but i have to say i haven't any that...
hey this is interesting stuff. this is the 1st best of in the uk that has 3 episodes. doesn't mention an edited together compilation of sketches, (although you could count the 30 years special as one). could this be the start of dvds filled with episodes like the tri stars in america? might be...
is there a dvd with all 120 episodes available? i never heard of it. i got my 4 dvd set and its awesome. but it would be good to see a second set of 4. just can't get enough you know!
btw, which 4 aren't on time life? my dvd players only a region 2 anyway.
ah totally, i reckon its well worth it. 28 episodes on 4 cds for 22 quid? thats a bargain man. when you think the best of has an hour or so of clips and a couple of episodes and a few other other bits, i would say its value for money. having said that though, i had an email from hmv. they've run...
wow! i didn't know! for ages i've moaned about the lack of muppet dvds and now i can see a load of origanal episodes! amazing! oh man i'm just thrilled by this news! i've just ordered it and can't wait! thats my day off on friday sorted then! provided it arrives by then. yes! rock! :D
:halo: yalking of animal, theres another advert on in england at the moment. the va va voom advert (cant remember which car!) just know it features thierry henry (the arsenal/french international footballer) and a smoky jazz club with animal on the drums. its very funny (just a shame theres an...
i love the muppets is the best muppet documentary i've ever seen! very well put together it goes through short biogs of kermit, piggy, fozzie, s&w, gonzo and mentions most of the others but the best part is when they discuss the electric mayhem and floyd is interviewed!there is a great animal...
:halo: hi folks. hopefully i can help here, i'm a drummer and a massive who fan. if you see any old who footage (isle of wight dvd is good) you can see a lot of keith moon in animal. the way he throws his arms and hair about and his big double bass drum kit is a dead giveaway. moons antics were...
yeah, i thought so thanks! never mind i'll wait until after christmas before i have another look overv there. merry christmas everybody. have a good one and don't drink too much before dinner! ;)
i'm not on the palisades board anymore and it seems to have gone back in time! shall i just wait and see what happens or should i start again? :concern:
i thought splainin was a dance at funk and soul clubs where you do some kind of spin and angle your feet at ten to two and then do the splits. its a word play on sprainin because you can cause yourself horiffic injuries to the lower leg area.
its also a popular pasta dish cooked with turnips...
i quite liked the sketch but its not one of my faves. i voted no because i'd rather have the stage as a playset with a box for s&w to heckle from. i don't know if i'd be up for the bop fozzie. mind you i do like the idea if there was a bop playset with a link figure it would be very funny...
thanks luke, i'm well looking forward to it. :) i love the sketch with the merdlidops (i think its dom delouise) its totally bonkers- but hey i'm a totally bonkers guy! i hope his feet aren't pointing inward to make him stand up properly. thats my only moan about reg kermit. still love...
