Things like this seem to be happening more and more, the prototypes do not live up to final product. I was hoping to get this set, but want to see it for myself first. Im a bit concerned that this might happen with Steiffs Fozzie, like it did with there Kermit! Chris

It look as if Kermit is being sold with a leather jacket on to, his piccy is also on the wiki. He looks a little odd without pants on though, but as I havnt got Kermit yet, I may get it with the jacket too? I perfer the Kermit green machine by Presents in the 90's Chris

Hey muppetperson Does the Steiff Kermit come in a embroided bag? Or was that idea dropped? Does he come with any paper work or card Muppets Hang Tags, or is it just the steiff tags attached to him? Any chance you could take a few pics, trying to make him look as good as possible? Chris

These were indeed made by Bluebird Toys UK. I used to have several but no longer have any, I will of course keep an eye out for one if you like. They also made one of Kermits head too! Do you have that one? Chris
