The FOOD!!! :D Ahh! I'm such a huge pig, so Thanksgiving rocks because I can eat soo much! Now, most people are in complete shock when I tell them this cause I'm pretty small, and nobody ever believes us small people can eat a lot, but I have fast metabolism (which I'm thankful for each...
I throw up a lot in the mornings. My family is convinced I'm bulemic, which is complete crap. I've self-diagnosed myself with an anxiety problem. I get soo nervous some mornings about going to school that I puke, especially on days that I have a big presentation or project to do. It's really weird.
So...what are everyone's pet peeves?
Mine include the following:
1) When people talk during movies. Especially when they say stuff like "Did you see that!?" It's like, "Nooo, I paid 8.50 to come stare at the ceiling tiles."
2) When people spell my name with an "h" at the end even though...
I once rode Yeti Airlines. As you can imagine, I was terrified! Hmm...wait, Yeti is the abominable snowman, not bigfoot, isn't he? Ok, well...I still think that was a good story!
This one time I couldn't remember the words "electric toothbrush" and I was going insane because I was trying so hard to remember it but I couldn't. Ok, so that was kind of a pointless little anecdote, but you all know you loved it!
I'm boring, I never get sick. I know that's a good thing, but I haven't missed a day of school from being sick since 5th grade. But every once in awhile, I get "sick" and stay home.
The commercials I *love*:
--The "Love Train" commercial for The Gap's crazy stripes. It was always on last year around December. People all over the world, join hands, start a love train, a love train... Yeah, that one was good. And all the models would lip synch to the song.
--The Beyonce...
People have told me my dad looks like Hitler when he has a mustache. I don't think it's true, but that's what my neighbor's mom always tells me. I actually get very offended when I'm told that.
I think young-looking-ness runs in my family. My sister's a sophmore at U of M, and like 3 times since she's been there (so 3 times in almost 1.5 years), people have come up to her and asked if she's a high schooler on a tour of campus who's lost her tour group. Hahaha! That's gotta sting. I...
I know how that feels! Just after my 17th birthday, I went to Costco, right? And you know how they give out food samples? Well, I wanted a sample of cake. So I go to take some and the guy who's giving them out starts YELLING at me. He's like, "Where are your parents!? Kids can't take samples...
Ahh! I hated Mary Poppins! It's so odd cause I normally *love* Disney movies, but I couldn't stand that movie, mostly because I don't understand it! Firstly, where does Mary Poppins come from? Does it not creep anyone that she and her talking umbrella just fall from the sky?
Then this morning...
Congrats!
You guys, this post actually made me feel so much better! I'm 17 and still don't have my license. And in my neighborhood, that's just pathetic. It's crazy, like every family here gives their kids a car on their 16th birthday except for mine. Not that I'm complaining, it's just I get...
That SO reminds me of the Sound of Music. Liesel and her Rolf sing about their ages. Wouldn't it be SO funny to live in a musical for 24 hours? Seriously, think about it! Whenever something dramatic, sad, happy, important, or funny happens, everyone can break out into song and dance!
