*If there are any Becky's already residing here then Mupitz will do for simplicity sake. Otherwise, I've no objections to Becky.*
Me: Just want to thank everybody for the warm welcome and compliments on our room.
Mokey: And I too want to thank everyone for their kindness.
Me: I'll...
I agree, of course, that I dislike the current format of Sesame Street. I grew up with it and loved it but I can barely sit through it with my children these days. Even the prime time anniversary special was a rip off. I can't stand ELMO. He's SS's Barney (no offense to Barney aficionados)...
Becky: Okay, Mokey, so I was thinking bunkbeds. We could hang fabric from the top bunk and make the bottom bed cave-like for you. That will also give us some more space in the room. I have a bureau, a love seat and a little entertainment center with my tv, stereo and tivo on it. You know us...
*Mupitz & Mokey enter the hall carrying boxes*
Me: Hi everybody! It’s so great to be here in the muppet dorm. I was lucky enough to get a veteran resident, Mokey Fraggle, to help ease my transition.
Mokey: It is my pleasure to help you with this new phase in your life experience...
Gonzoleaper you are the only person EVER who I didn't have to 1 explain who Dr. Samuel Beckett was or that it was fitting cause he leaps and so do FROGS! :)
I knew this forum was the place for me!
Does anyone remember an old skit from Sesame Street called the "Disco Frog"? Kermit is singing in a darkened swamp and ghostlike Kermit comes dancing through the trees? And does anyone know where I can get a copy?
I kept focussing on Boss Hogg from the Dukes of Hazard. But no, I don't think it's a Doc Hopper reference. I once had a pet frog I named Doc Hopper. :D
I seem to remember seeing nanny's top half and face in one of the muppet baby storybooks. I've passed them on to my kids and I'll look later. If I find what I'm thinking of, I'll scan it in and post it if yous would like.
:d
They're incredible! Wow. I'd assumed before clicking the links that it would be something small made, like a drawing. But WOW, they're great! :zany: :excited:
Can I play?
I'm knew and I'm not exactly sure how to play. But my husband plays live action RPG's and I've participated in a few of those over the years. Are they anything like that? Is the cast already complete and/or is there any restrictions/requirements on who can play?
Thanks.
