    Who, Alan Menken? He wrote songs for Disney's The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Pocahontas, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Hercules, and Home on the Range. He also was the composer behind Little Shop of Horrors.

    I just got the "Songs from the Street" collection from my library. I think it's the best Sesame Street CD ever. Anyway, it says in the booklet inside that Alan Menken wrote some songs for Sesame Street. Does anyone know what songs they are?

    I always get misty-eyed when I hear Jim singing "Rainbow Connection" and "I Don't Want to Live on the Moon". He was the best. P.S. first post!:) :D :excited:
