I may have the answer to the question. 4 years ago I was watching the Sesame Street Biography on A&E, and they were saying something about a show being canceled. The show was about divorce. So, I believe that is the answer to why David and Maria broke up.
Where to begin......I can do Kermit the Frog, Rowlf the Dog, Pepe, Dr. Teeth, Sam the Eagle, Gobo Fraggle, Swedish Chef, Statler, Robin, Lew Zealand, Don Music, Mystro Fraggle, Cantus, Convincing John, and Bobo the bear. I can do Floyd also, but it hurts my voice too much.
My favorite skit of all time from Sesame Street was when Forgetful Jones was singing in the musical O-klahoma, with Kermit the Frog directing. Every time the music began and the cows began their staged dancing, Forgetful Jones would dance to center stage and sing A-klahoma, E-klahoma, or...
I don't know about you guys, but these two were hilarious in "The Trial of Cotterpin Doozer." I recently bought "Doing the things that Doozer do", and this episode is one of the high points of the DVD. Jerry Nelson and Dave Goelz took these two, how shall I say it, "backround characters" and...
I would like to know your favorite Swedish Chef moments. Mine was when he was preparing the "bananananana" split, but kept getting interrupted by the wierd merriache dancers. He finally solves the problem by tossing the "banananana" peel unto the floor, and the dancers come back and slipped on...
If you're unfamiliar with it, the lyrics are as follows:
If you're a human being, take a break from the race.
Take the load off your feet, take the look off your face.
We got alot to do, and we do it for you.
Everybody take your place.
Muppets Tonight!
You're gonna see stuff you've never seen...
I just bought it last week, and I loved it. Truthfully, I loved the first three DVD's that came out as well. Fraggle Rock can do no wrong in my eyes. Large Marvin and Feeny Fraggle were hilarious in "The Trial of Cotterpin Doozer". They were disgusted by a topic of underpants! Ha ha ha!!
I would like to say, I like both Gobos. Here is my theory of what happened to his look when the show progress. When the show started, he was young with really excitable eyes, and had wild hair that swayed back and forth when he was running through the caves in the opening. When he got older...
In my opinion, I am grateful that HIT Entertainment is actually getting Fraggle Rock onto DVD. I wonder, if they didn't release season 2, or 3,4, and 5 for that matter, how many single disks would we have to buy in order to have the entire series? Boy oh boy, we would be here forever! But...
I was really surprised about the news. A Fraggle Rock movie? Was I dreaming? No, I wasn't! But a thought quickly ran through my mind. Will this movie be 20 years too late? I mean, movie audiences have different expectations for movies than they did 20 years ago. Even kids do. But when...
When Boober sings "You work all night, you work all day, you still can't keep those worry blues away", it still brings tears to my eyes. It has a message of never giving up, and never losing faith in yourself and your friends. Beautiful man, beautiful.
