All of the following song, skits, segements, or films need to be brought back on Sesame Street. I love all of the following:
1. film- making new paper out of old paper
2. film- making new bottles out of old bottles
3. Don Music, all of his songs
4. Counting segment with the baker falling...
Getting rid of Don Music is as bad as when they discontinued the counting segment with the baker falling down at the end. Getting rid of both of these is not right, both of them were funny.
I got more food ones ssetta. What about the one with the cherry's on the scale. Ernie eats some on each side until there is one on each side. I think Bert fainted at the end. Another good one was Ernie eating cookies in bed and Bert told he would get crums in the sheets then crums in his...
I agree with ssetta, a whole library of sesame street on DVD or VHS should be made. Believe me it will sell. Did anyone know that at the university of Pittsburgh library, they have EVERY episode of Mister Rogers Neighborhood in color or black & white. Now why can't that be done with Sesame...
What ever happened to the following muppets
Dr. Brice, Amazing Mumford, Don Music, Guy Smiley, Simon Sound.
All of the above have been missing for several years. Where are they?
Does anyone remember these two great classic Ernie and Bert segments.
The first one is in a movie theather with Ernie eating popcorn, peanuts, and drinking soda. Bert gets upset cause Ernie is making too much noise when eating. Finally, Bert screams when Ernie is drinking soda. Then the movie...
Here are my favorites
1. All the Don Music songs
2. Who are the people in your neighborhood
3. The Subway song
4. Telephone Rock
5. Pockets song (what do we do without pockets;pockets are perfectly fine)
6. I love trash
I sure do remember it and wish they would bring it back, it was funny.
my mom and I got a good laugh out of it. The one guy was forgetful as forgetful jones.
It is rottin that they took the counting segment with the baker off in the early 90's. That's when the show started to go down hill and really change. There are lots of other stuff that was taken off in the 80's and really stinks that the're not on anymore.
I wasn't able to see it cause I don't have cable, but I remember so much of the old episodes and stuff from when I was a kid. I want every unpaved episode on DVD or VHS! These unpaved episodes are excellent from what I hear. I passed the word onto a former schoolteacher of mine and a friend...
Your right ssetta, the old and new stuff has to be mixed toghther and kids need to have something to laugh at now and then. That funny guy with the blue sweater and blond hair & mustache should be brought back. He was so funny. What about that man that falls asleep in his chair on the song...
That song is about signing in the shower. First it's olivia (not Maria) in the shower, then Ernie in the bath tub, then Oscar in his MUD BATH !, and last Big Bird in the bird bath.
I don't know when he started & ended exactly. I know it was sometime in the early/mid 80's. The things he showed were rubbers, a lunch box, a piano, and 1 or 2 other things. I know he called the lunch box a " carry keeper ". I know he was in the mob of muppets on sesame street in the movie...
On one of the Sesame Street Newflsashes at the far off island laboratory of Dr. Nobel Price, Kermit the frog is replaced by Warren Wolf. Before he knew that he was on the air, Warren Wolf said to someone, perhaps the camera man, "REMIND ME TO GET SOME LLOLLY POPS AFTER THE SHOW". At the end...
I finally got in on that site ssetta. It had everything on my list except the "Subway" song and the "Pockets" song. I really want the words to the "Pockets" song. Do you know the words to the whole song? Thanks again, that web site is neat.
That's amazing ssetta. I didn't think anyone remember that because it's so old. Do you remember the song "Sticky, gooey"?
Or even better, do you know who is Kermit the Frog's replacement on Sesame Street News ? That film of the baby eating a chocolate cookie is so cute.
I tried but can't get through. Are there any other sites? I've tried lyrics, but it has crap. I found one site several months ago, but I forgot the web address. It had almost every song listed and even words to many scenes on the show. It didn't have the words to the Telephone Rock or the...
Hey sseta, I remember that breakfasttime song. It was really cool. I like at the end when cookie monster EATS THE FRYINGPAN!!!!! Somebody has to teach cookie monster that it's bad manners to stuff cookies in his mouth just like he does and eating things you can't really eat. Maybe he needs a...
Ok, so that's the one where there is coughing at the end and cookie tells him to cover his beak. I like at the introduction on the newer segments when cookie stuffs his mouth full then burps and says " oh excuse me".
