NOSE! haha... :) The nose is actually filled with cotton... and when the picture was taken, the cotton was scrunched up in a way that the nose doesn't look even... It is actually, though! haha! I enjoyed that comment! Great idea for a name! :)

um...? i think he is made out of "novaltie" material. not a faux fur, but a red, fuzzy material. you could probably find this at a joanne fabrics... :sing:

hahaha... this reminds me of my life (except it's my mom that gets mad at me, not my wife!) when i move out and get married (after college ofcourse :) ), I expect that I will have this same problem!

of course, elmo WAS a background monster... but when people liked him and he started to become a main character, he needed alterations! that's where the man i met comes in! he helped to alter parts of elmo's look (not anything big, though), and also worked on the personality. if it helps, this...

Great puppet... one comment, though: They eyes seem to have no focus point in the picture (It may be the picture, but it may also be the puppet).

At summer camp today (I'm 14 for those of you who don't know!), I met the man who came up with the idea for Elmo! His dad was a puppeteer on Sesame Street, so he just helped his dad out! Later on, he was given a job as "concept and design", and created the red, fuzzy Elmo that we know today...
