Ah, thanks for the explanation. I do understand what you're saying here. Strange thing is, voice actor Wim T. Schippers (Ernie) is singing in harmony in most Dutch Bert & Ernie songs, and it always sounds okay to me. Still, when I listen to Janice in this vid I got the feeling something's wrong...
What the heck? This annoying guy is called 'uitvlugh', remember? Check what word I had to enter on YouTube.

Is that incredible, or what?

I enjoy reading all those remarks under that vid, and maybe it's just me, but I'm getting annoyed (to say the least) by this guy 'uitvlugh' who has posted hundreds, yes, hundreds! of spam messages about his stupid videos. :boo:
I'm sorry, but I just needed to vent my spleen here. I already...
I have the feeling my English isn't good enough to respond to this. Is 'in harmony' the opposite of 'off key'?
Just watched the vid again and this is the first time I've ever noticed that Janice is using a plectrum. It's hardly visible, but she is actually using one. It's blue and it's...
Just going into my own question about Dr. Teeth's lyrics here. I can only hear this:
So they tell us this video's going to (...)
All I know is we (...)
At least I think that's what I hear. Can anyone complete or correct these lyrics? Thank you!

Pretty funny remarks on a Dutch news site:
Member #1: This totally spoils the song. Only Queen can sing this beautifully.
Member #2: Which one are you, Statler or Waldorf?
:)

I didn't read all comments, so I'm sorry if I'm repeating other people's remarks, but here goes...
Dr. Strangepork was featured in an episode of Muppets Tonight and Muppets From Space in the 90s. ;)
Can anyone tell me what Dr. Teeth is singing exactly? Can't really hear it.
I think David...
Are we choosing which one gets to be in this artwork, or are they both gonna be in it and is it just a question of which one will be seated in the front row? If it's the latter, I think it should be Crazy Harry, since I think you should avoid having the majority of the core Muppets in the front...
Thanks. I'm still here. I'm very busy, but I try to keep up, reading all new posts in this particular thread.
I watched The Bunny Picnic last week, and Richard's so funny. I was thinking how much I miss Richard and Jim. It's so strange to miss people I've never met, but on the other side...
Say what? Phew! Fortunately they released it in widescreen in Europe. Like you said, releasing it in 4:3 in the US was an odd decission.

The other Muppets think Bean's cuteness is annoying, not the viewers. The people at Henson just made it up. ;)
Although there may be some real people who dislike Bean. But most viewers like him, I bet.

It would be even better if they realized that they're missing out on money by giving us Europeans a hard time getting to the site. When we try to reach Muppets.com we get the message "Thanks for your interest in Disney.com". What the heck? :boo:

Great news. I was wondering if LTS will be broadcast here in the Netherlands this Christmas.
But heck, now I can buy the DVD. :D Can't wait for the extras.

Have you seen the classic bit where the Count sleeps over? Not that Ernie got hit, but Ernie got served well. Very funny to know that Ernie now knows what it feels like to be kept awake all night.
EDIT: Found the bits. Click here.
I'm not sure, but I think Bill Barretta took over most of...
When the Swedish Chef clobbers the Japanese cake he's making, it shifts to the side, and you can clearly see the hole in the desk used to puppeteer the cake. Don't know which episode, but it's one of the last in season 1.
You can see a puppeteer hiding behind Big Mean Carl in the cold opening...
