In case you're wondering who Jeffry Denman is, he is a very talented Broadway actor/dancer/singer who appeared in numerous shows including "Cats", "How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying", and "The Producers". He also has created a musical, "Dancing In The Dark", which is a homage to...

I thought of a gag we could add to this too. It'd be a Muppet Newsflash, and another My Fair Lady gag.
Newsman: "Here's a Muppet Newsflash. Dateline: Madrid. The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain, except for today, when it takes a sudden detour into the Muppet newsroom. Huh...that...
And let's not forget the Sesame Street version...
12--I can't remember, ohhhhh deeeeear (Mr. Snuffleupagus)
11--Broken buildings (Herry Monster)
10--Wind-up rabbits (Smart Tina) (later 10 triangles as sung by Telly Monster)
9--Pounds of birdseed (Big Bird)

Here's the synopsis of the Mr. Rogers appearance on Sesame Street:
Big Bird and Snuffy are going to run a footrace, and Big Bird wants one of the adults to judge it. However, this was when everyone thought Snuffy wasn't real and it's a hot day outside, so the Bird is given the brush-off...
I recently saw him in a segment with Keb Mo. Allegedly (this is what I've been told on this forum) they put fur and his face/horns over the tall orange Anything Muppet so he can have a mouth that actually moves now. I know Jerry Nelson originally performed him, I'm not sure if he still does...
I heard it was Jerry inside the costume. It COULD HAVE been Richard though, because he had just joined Henson around that time frame. I remember hearing Sweetums' voice on that special and thinking "That is NOT Richard Hunt..."
Let's not forget the segment where Jughead (of Archies fame) makes an appearance.
"Jughead joined a jam eating contest, but couldn't open the jar, so he told the judge who said see the janitor, who told him to jump in the lake. Then he said he was only joking!"
The official "explanation" of Skeeter's mysterious disappearance was that she didn't go into show biz with the rest of her friends and became an explorer, trekking through the Amazon.
However, I wrote her in one of my TMS outlines (special guest Sting, coincidentally) where she returns, and...

I've written Bo in a few things before. He was in one of my outlines in the Muppet Sports segment (World Staring Championship), where he stares down Link Hogthrob for 67 hours, yet the judges give Zoot (who had been sitting in the audience) the prize because he had been staring into space for 68...
On "Sesame Street", he was in the "Lulu's Back In Town" segment (a bit I wish they had used on The Muppet Show). This was around the time of the Street's first season or so. A green Anything Muppet (voiced by Jim) sang the song, and "Lulu" turned out to be Beautiful Day in a blonde wig.
