I think that Gonzo and Camilla are still together. In AVMMC, at the very end, when they are all going out to sing Christmas Carols, Gonzo can be heard saying, "Camilla, come on". It is subtle, but if you listen carefully you can hear it. I do hope that they bring back that relationship more...
