The thing I don't like is that now the Muppets belong to Disney, they're not partnered and they have not been purchased along with the whole company which in my eye's make the Muppets seem just like Kim Possible, Lizzie Mcguire, Pooh etc... and I hate the way Disney treats all this stuff.
Kill me, just kill me now
I expressed by anger over at the Palisades board before.
I hate this, Disney is destroying themselves, do they really have to take the Muppets down with them?
What were the Henson Kids thinking, sure it'll help the Muppets in a long run but the Muppets...
Thanks for the link, I really like that cover, I can't believe this is actually happening. :excited:
And it looks like it's been pushed back to May 4th, oh well at least we're getting it.
For those of you who also read the Palisades board I just want to let you know that i'm repeating myself.
IMHO they look much better than what they used to look like, I'm now actually glad that I pre-ordered they might not be as great (for now anyway) as a certain company we all know would...
They can easily make a great Special Edition out of this. Release it in a nice slip case with as many special features as pssoible, for starters how about a commentary by either Brian Henson or some Muppet's themselves, the special The Muppets Go To Hollywood, Add a game or two in their...
Luckily when it comes to R2 Columbia put out some great extra features, i wouldn't be surprised if we got "The Muppets Go To Hollywood" which was planned to be released on the R1 DVD but never made it. If they do release it i'll have to rebuy the fil like I did with AMFC but that one was well...
That's exactly what I though, there's still a godd 40 minutes left in there somewhere and notice how under special features Blackstar lists none, I think they've gotten thing's the wrong way round and what they still don't know is what the main feature is. Which is funny in a way, we're all...
Yesterday I finally broke down and realised I could no thave it all, ever since 2001 the Muppets have exploaded in merchandise and I as a fan tried to collect everything, the Palisades Figures, DVD's, Plushes, Statues, Chess Set etc...
And yesterday I made a £106.00 order with about £330.00...
Recently I posted that Mouseshoppe had added a new Swedish Chef doll at their store, well they not have a few nice muppet collactables such as The Muppet's Uno game, Dominos & the chess set with a new look. I know some of us here at Europe find it really hard to pick up these things so I thought...
I think they should go for it, now might not be the best time for Disney but I don't really see this effecting the Muppets. Although I wouldn't want Disney to buy the Muppet I still wouldn't mind a partnership of some kind.
