14 people viewing this thread? Wow the excitement has only just begun! I can't imagine what they will say but I sure it will be some good stuff that we didn't know about. I wish I was there... Make that 19 people now! Now 22! WOW 29!
No Statler and Waldorf; guess they found out Kermit's singing sounded terrible w/o Steve so they decided not to do Statler and Waldorf without him. Good choice. I can't imagine Eric doing Statler. They said they were going to have them in it though!
Wonder who will do Statler and Waldorf tonight? Maybe Eric will do Statler since Steve appears not to be there? Maybe someone who did one of the chickens?
Probably Floyd in attitude. I am funny, friendly, and sarcastic, and a musician to boot. My family sometimes calls me Rowlf because I play the piano, though I play bass guitar less prominently too.
When Kermit said "I gave you my heart" I could almost say it was Steve but his singing told me it wasn't. The video with Sharon though was probably Steve. Eric was definitely Piggy in both and Piggy looked GREAT! Still waiting for Statler and Waldorf!
I see that Bill is doing Dr. Teeth (his) and Animal, whereas someone with gray curly hair (most likely David Rudman) is doing Fozzie and Piggy, and someone with very short hair that looks young (Matt Vogel?) is doing Floyd and Janice. Also someone with sort of blonde hair in the front, maybe...
1. What is your gender?
Male
2. Do you consider yourself a Muppet fan?
Yes, though I'm quite a newbie to this; I only have been a fan since last October. However I am now a happy Muppet fan!
3. Which is your favorite Muppet? (note the only choices are: Kermit, Piggy, Fozzie, Gonzo, and...
My Muppet fandom experience is much shorter than the rest. I had basic knowledge of the Muppets from my birth in 1995 through 2008 (I could name Kermit, Piggy, Fozzie, Gonzo, Animal) but in 2008 my interest started to grow because I saw those terrible Disney Channel inserts inappropriately...
New Gonzo video premiered today. Also on the Disney character page, click all characters; the eight large icons are Kermit, Piggy, Fozzie, Gonzo, Animal, Pepe, Statler and Waldorf, and Bunsen. Hoping for more Kermit!
Hmm...hair up Piggy I'm not sure about; I just started collecting these figures and the only Piggy that was easy to find was the one with Pigs in Space, which I grabbed quickly. Cabin Boy Gonzo and Rizzo are the first and cheapest to show up on various websites. I agree with Kermit, he is...
Now if you were to call those the holy grails (and I agree entirely) what would be the easiest to find figures? I'd say Kermit, Clifford, Pigs in Space playset, Newsman, Beauregard, Cabin Boy Rizzo and Gonzo, Johnny Fiama, Frog Scout Robin and Uncle Deadly. Agreed?
That's odd; Disney UK does not have the Muppet comics, a Muppet website or Muppet videos, but yet they have a small selection of Muppet merchandise which Disney Store US does not have.
I am collecting the line and I really like the designs on each of the different Mickeys. Alas, I have no duplicates yet but I have no Kermit. I was looking at that list of the new characters and I was really pleased and suddenly I noticed; no Pepe! That's something new.
I'm surprised. Hopefully they haven't gone back to their days of not updating for two months; there is no Sam the Eagle intro and it's the Fourth of July. However, Sam the Eagle isn't in any of the XD videos anyway.
