Even though awhile back Amy said that the pre-order for Gonzo is on the 19th of this month. We will have to wait and see if they did anything to improve his nose. I really hope they took consideration that we all would love to have Gonzo....just not with that nose. He is close, but not right on it.

When we have Q&A's and Trivia on Fridays, I ask Amy if there is any news on Gonzo and the Muppets and she tells me that there is nothing new as of yet, but when she hears something, she will let me know. It isn't just the Muppets that there is nothing new to hear, actually there is nothing new...

I agree with you WOE. It was like this when Kermit was anounced. No one was sure that he looked right. I believe you since you where there and actually got to handle Animal himself. Posing and pictures just don't do good when you don't actually have him there in front of you. :halo:

I just had a flashback when Kermit was anounced. It was just like this before anyone got him. Kermit had a happy ending. I sure hope that Animal and Gonzo will also. Sometimes pictures just don't do justice. Only time will tell, and I am willing to wait. ;)

I was thinking about airbrushing. I know one guy who does an AWESOME job of airbrushing. He would make it look great if they do stick with the version they showed us.

However it goes, I am staying optimistic about it. Even if the nose is not just right, It will still be the closest thing we will get from the real Gonzo. I might even later be able to make a mock up version of him or find a way to fix him later. I probably will still get him anyways. You guys...

Well according to Amy's last post on here, it looks like they are still putting Gonzo up for pre-order on 9-19. I guess we will just have to wait and see if there is a new version they will put out on there website. Only time will tell.
