I have the Joel Grey episode taped off Oddesy soemwhere. (I have a huge pile of unmarked tapes in my room I need to go through and label)
I remember the "All of Me" number was on a collection tape but I don't recall which one.
Another thing to remember about Kermit's collar is that he didn't originally have it. Kermit first wore a collar in the Frog Prince special. And if I'm not mistaken Kermit actually wore a double collar for Frog Prince. This is also the first time he had flippers. In fact this was the first time...
I reserved mine at Suncoast and as a bonus when I pick it up I will recive a free doozer pvc.
Possibly more than one. I asked the guy if I got to pick which one I got and he said sure and if he had extra he'd let me have more than one. They know me at the store and know I'm a big Henson fan.
W: Gonzo should quit while he's ahead
S. Gonzo should quit while he's alive!
S. Private screening?
W. Yeah they're afraid to show it in public.
(From Muppet Movie)
S. I was on the Titanic
W. I know you still have the dress you wore so they'd let you in the life boat!
S. I was a...
Floyd can also play Bass fiddle
Janice is multi talented, in additon to playing guitar and singing (and performing scetch comedy!) She has also been seen playing the clarenet (TMS), the trumpet, (MCC) and even the harp (Verry Merry Muppet Chrsitmas) and currently holds the title of sexiest...
I love my Season one dvd set but I was watching it and got to the Vincnet Price episode and shockingly the closing Number "You've got a Friend" was NOT THERE!! :o
Even more strange since the shot of Vincent in the opening is from this scene!
Here I was thinking we were getting fully uncut...
Disney's aquizition of the Muppets is the second worst thing to ever happen to them. the absolute worst of course being the death of Jim.
This is not what Jim wanted people. Jim envisoned a partnership with Disney back when Disney was actually putting out good stuff. Back when it...
Into the Woods
I've been trying to come up with a cast list but it's hard since there are so many female roles and not enough female muppets. I think we'd have to resign to having some human actors.
Narraitor: Sam Eagle
Cinderella: Janice
Jack: Robin
The Baker: Kermit
Baker's Wife...
Is it a good movie? Yes.
Is it the movie we've been waiting 20+ years for? Not by a long shot.
See I felt that althogh it is not very faithful to the text (and don't give the the old "most of the changes were Douglas' line. Without Douglas himslef to explain/defend them you can't convince...
Gonzo: I've got an anvil in the oven.
Fozzie: You know if you put enough sugar in this [champange] it tastes just like gingerale.
Garth Brooks: What will our fall be broken by?
Gonzo: The floor, what else?
Garth: What? We could be killed!
Gonzo: Duh! That's why they call it...
Well none on New York Broadway but as far as Broadway tours I've seen:

And I've gone to my old school's productions of:
Footloose

Well throwing my hat into this discussion here's my list of must-sees for the rest of this year.
Kung Fu Hustle
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith
Madagascar
Batman Begins
The Fantastic Four
War of the Worlds
Charlie and the Chocolate...
Actually they were the creatures in the first verse;
Tove: a small creature that's a little like a mole and a little like a corkscrew
Borogrove: a scraggly looking bird with long legs and scrffy feathers sort of like a live mop.
Rath: a type of green pig
There was also a great act in Muppets Tonight where Gonzo and guest Garth Brooks were going to do a reverse bungie jump.
Gonzo and Garth strapped on jet packs which would rocket them skyward until they reached the end of their bungie cords tied to thier feet which would bring them back down...
Poor Gonzo's acts almsot always ended up going wrong.
Like when he:
Recited Shakesphere while hanging above the stage by his nose from a feather boa. (didn't get too far before sneezing)
Attempted to catapault himslef into the air and skywrite the Halaluigh chorus (or something like...
To this day I find it an odd choice to have penguins dressed as pilgrims on the Mayflower singing "Alabama Bound" Or Eskimo pigs singing "Lullaby of Broadway"
See those are just random decisons that Jim was fond of doing. And don't get me wrong I love them but they are wierd. Though...
