    Im not sure if you have already seen my Skeksis Castle: http://home.datacomm.ch/lborka/ Check it out. It is the movie version. The sculpture MINDSTYLE did is based on the Brian Froud painting and is different from the movie prop.

    It came from a Henson crew member, so Im 100% sure its a real shard. I believe they made about 15 sets of the Skeksis Cutlery. How many people do you know own them? I guess you saw them on the yourprops site?

    Yes, I know. But IMO its just a cheap excuse. They thought: "Hey, we only got 1 Million to do a Labyrinth-like movie. Lets keep the design simple and cheap."

    Just saw Mirror Mask. Well, I have to say it was one of the worst fantasy movies Ive ever seen. The lack of money is clearly visible in every frame and in the boring script. I also hated the visual "style"... it just looks cheap! Too bad, as I had high hopes for this one.
