Legoland is down near Oceanside. It's about an hour and a hal-2 hours south of LA. I had a blast there when I went a couple years back. They've updated alot though, so it's probably even better now. Hope you have fun out here :)

Most of Folkmanis puppets are too small for my hand. Actually, most of them are not real mouth-moving puppets, more dolls you put on your hand. But I got the camel from them and that was an amazing full-body puppet. You really have to be selective with them. My experience.
