-Mr. Hanford
-Alan
-Slimey goes to the moon
-Elmo's World Titlecard
The Muppet Show was before my generation, so I wouldn't be able to tell, but I have two different versions on two different CD's, the other version I have is featured in Tee Vee Toons Presents: The 50 Greatest TV Themes of All Time". Even though your question is pretty much answered, I'll tell...
I recently purchased this CD from Wal-Mart yesterday, and I have some questions about it.
1. I noticed the cover says that track #2 has two songs in one, Mahna Mahna and Lulabye from Birdland, yet I only heard Mahna Mahna. Why is that?
2. In track #5, was the song supposed to end with a...
To my knowledge, Frank doesn't actually "perform" the characters anymore, but rather just dubs the voices on occasions. BTW, I loved that Baby Cookie flashback.
I noticed that Natalie wasn't credited in the ending credits. Let's see, first Mr. Hooper, then David, then Gina, then Mr. Hanford, then Alan, now Natalie. Where does it all end? I didn't care for the episode much either, Big Bird was less whiny when Alan first moved to Sesame Street.
It's almost every fan's wish that Kermit the Frog would return to Sesame Street, even if Disney wants to keep him separate from Sesame Street. After all, Kermit WAS the first Muppet of Sesame Street. We should start a petition to have our Kermy return to his lilypad where Big Bird has his nest.
I'm surprised no has said anything about Kermit! They actually showed Kermit during this special, I thought that was the best part, that and Mahna Mahna at the end. I liked the new Grover puppet, only he looks like he has a "hunchback" now. I didn't enjoy the new Oscar puppet at the end though...
Maaaaaaannnnnnnn, you had me goin'! You should've seen me, I was jumping for joy that Kermit was returning to Sesame Street, but when I read it was an April Fool's joke, boy was I steaming mad! Besides, I don't think they would bring back retired Muppets. Anyway, I think (and I know alot of you...
No, it was always like that in that episode...it was part 3 of the Curly Bear saga, right when Big Bird and Ernie finished singing "our journey to Ernie is done...." they cut right to the letter of the day. Like most people, I HOPE and PRAY...well maybe not pray for silly things like this...but...
There's only a week and a half left before the new season, when are they going to rerun Bert's Birthday episode again? I want to tape it before the new season airs.
