That's another thing to, as I've been told many times before, and as I've relayed to you guys before, one should never really download ANYTHING because you never know what kind of little worms and viruses lurk in them.

Firefox has some major issues is all I can tell you; as for why certain programs aren't working, the only thing I'm aware of that can cause that is either a virus or you have too much on your computer and need to clean it up a bit.
