I really hate those old (2003 or so) Spam commercials, where all the actors acted like they were FORCED to be happy through-out the entire commercials...
SPAM GUY: (Clap-clap) MORE SPAM!
A truck of Spam drops into the scene, and another Spam employee brings a trayful of cans of Spam...
She just doesn't stop talking, she's alway so LOUD! I can see it now...
RACHAEL: HEY ELMO, HOW 'BOUT HANDIN' ME SOME OF THAT E.V.O.O?
ELMO: (Frightened) Elmo doesn't know what E.V.O.O. is!
Ah, well that's one of the beautiful things about that show - there are SO many different characters, and inevidably SOMEONE out there will be able to identify with ONE of them.
Yeah, it's almost just like the original version.
For me, there's a commercial that's like a couple of years old, and hasn't been played since then, but it's still stuck in my head, see what if you all can remember this one...
MAN #1: I still don't get the difference...
MAN #2: Okay...
I have asthma too, but I don't exactly see eye to eye with him... I mean no one treated me like a was a public hazard when they found out I had it... oh and I don't believe in aliens.
I probably identify with George more than anyone: nobody ever really noticed me, and I always was very shy...
The show will probably revolve around both Elmo and Abby Cadabby by then (because Abby's already going to be in every episode this upcoming season, and they're not about to let Elmo die anytime soon), they'll probably still be trying to convince America that its children are too fat and need to...
Okay, that explains a lot then. I can see what you mean though, every new character needs room to develope and evolve, so yeah, I see where you're coming from.
I'm thinking about something like just plain old Elwood City... I mean it ALL takes place in Elwood, not to mention that Elwood City is the kind of city a lot of people would like to live in, including myself.
Yeah, it really shouldn't even be called Arthur anymore, I mean nowadays you've got episodes that are all about Buster, or episodes that are all about Binky, or even episodes that are all about talking Pal and Baby Kate!
