I think that's it more than anything, I know a few Brits have described her humor as being "too sitcomy" and "babyish". But then again, unlike most comediennes, Kathy is not one to get very raunchy, nor try too hard to appeal to men.

I liked The Cat in the Hat too, but I know a lot of people don't like it too well... maybe because it was too campy and "kiddie" compared to How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Not THAT'S one of my mom's favorite movies, as she's a Christmas fanatic, and she likes Ron Howard's directing work.

Believe it or not, people over at IMDb are arguing about what that cuss word D.W. learns really is because the animated lip-sync is always changing, and the way the kids at D.W.'s preschool use the word in the end. Nuts.
Well yeah, I mean what's the point for her to go over to the U.K. when she'll probably won't get a single chuckle or snicker? I mean I know down here in the States, she has a FEW rock-solid fans who are always willing ready to bust their guts laughing.
