I don't even watch Cartoon Network anymore, lol.
I mean commercials like... well, the latest Cheez-It commercials, or even promos for movies coming to either theaters or DVDs... I don't know, it just sounded like Jim to me... kind of like Cat from CatDog, but without the cartoonish texture to it.
Yes, MrsPepper did a thread about this a couple of years ago, and to this day, I still break out into a "DONTCHA PUT IT IN YOUR MOUTH" routine from time to time.
... comes a brand new kind of an adventure with a relative old person whose name is NOT Christine...
The adventures of a monster who is faster than lightning...
Stronger than steel...
Smarter than a speeding bullet...
it's The New Adventures of Super Grover!
*Super Grover breaks...
I was watching an old tape today (from 1991 apparently), and I saw a very old, and a very cheesy commercial that I got a kick out of, see if any of you remember this one, or ever saw it...

ANNOUNCER: He vowed he'd return one day to prove to her their love affair with butter didn't...
Yeah, what's up with that? Whatever happened to you're too old for Halloween once you reach thirteen? I'm reminded of an SNL skit where Amy Poehler and Maya Rudolph were New York-based talk show hosts, and Amy mentioned that this past Halloween, she had a grown man come to her door in jeans and...
Oh man, I was bumping this thread with the intent of something legit, and I see what a big idiot I was over Kathy back in the days... :o Love that woman, but I honestly didn't realize I was that big an idiot over her, lol.
Anyshoe, what I was wanting to mention is that it seems like a lot of...
Because Disney's not going to use the Muppets unless they benefit them (ala using the Muppets for their Disney Parks commercials) - a MuppetFest isn't going to benefit them, it's going to benefit us, so that's not very likely to happen.
I wouldn't mind attending a MuppetFest though, I didn't...
I've seen commercials for hair coloring productions for men with gray/white hair before, but tonight's the first time I saw a commercial for productions that enhances gray hair to make men look more sophisticated without looking falsely young... :smirk:
I'm trying to look for it, but it seems to have disappeared...
I remember I posted facts that were on the bottom of Snapple caps almost on a daily basis, while Daniel kept questioning them, lol.
Here's a joke that I made up that's so corny and lame, it has to be done in the style of a game of "Scenes from a Hat"...
DREW CAREY: *Pulls card out of hat* "Alternate names for Mad Magazine"...
ME: *Walks out on stage* Highlights for Sadists.
Does anyone remember that B. Happy Cartoon Network webtoon from several years ago? That was pretty good, I thought, lol.
But yeah, you have a point... does anyone, other than pyschos actually watch Happy Tree Friends?
I saw a commercial for Dayton Pest Control today, and they used the exact same tune for their commercial I used to use as background music for some of my older Steve D'Monster videos on ThemTube.
Could be, after all, look at the Dodo kids... Donny and Marie... now, who do they remind me of... oh yeah, Donny Osmond and his sister Marie Osmond, they had their own variety show in the 70s that was actually created by Sid and Marty Krofft.
