Again, it really all depends on how one person has customized his or her profile; I've seen some people put so many fancy graphics and such on their profiles to the point that yes, they can be quite busy and a bit of an eyesore, but at the same time, I've seen some people who have simply changed...
Well, myth wasn't exactly the term I was wanting to use, but that was just my point about the thing, because I don't believe it's necessarily a FACT that Elmo HAS be put on the front of merchandise like that, but it IS a somewhat "unwritten rule" right now.
My mom feels that if the producers...
I disagree somewhat...
Yes, Abby got a big introduction before she appeared on the show, mainly because the producers and writers and such were excited about adding a new regular female Muppet to the cast... but that season, she was only on the show three times, one of which was merely a pop...
Uh uh. Nope. That's another reason I don't like Facebook, as it's a lot slower than MySpace. Admittedly, yes a lot of people on MySpace put huge, bandwidth-eating graphics and layouts on their profiles, but even the most basic of MySpace profiles load a whole lot faster than the one-dimensional...
As I've stated before, I tried Facebook for a week, and I honestly don't see the popularity behind it...
I found it to be very confusing, hardly user-friendly, and quite complicated compared to MySpace... even MySpace's new Facebook-ish user homepage is still more comprehensive than Facebook...
You STOLE that from ME. :p
Personally, I think "Oh Elmo No!" was a much funnier title for this thread anyway, lol.
I know I shouldn't be surprised that CN is doing this, but I am... it was inevitable.
I'm surprised that I'm surprised at Cartoon Network doing their own reality series.
How could I not see this coming? It's a wonder it didn't happen sooner.
Makes me glad I don't watch CN anymore.
Well, I'm happy to say that I finally was able to find a new "wardrobe mistress", as our seamstress family friend is unable to work anymore because of her unfortunate and somewhat failing health.
But anyway, found a new wardrobe mistress, who is absolutely like a giddy school girl over this...
1. Bert and Ernie's Great Adventures: In all honesty, I like them, I really do, but like most people, it just seems strange that they HAVE to be claymation, instead of traditional Muppets; but then again, there's so many limitations to puppetry that can be obliterated through animation.
2...
Well, for someone who is "no artist", these are all actually rather good, in my opinion.
My favorite is the Rainbow Kermit, I really like "Rainbow Connection", so that's a nice way of illustrating it.
Ironically, the fur I got off the throw pillow for Steve DID have white on the back, but it's still great fur; I was pleasantly surprised to see none of the tufts came out when I had to use double-surface tape to keep an ill-fitted hat on his head.
