Yup. I normally don't eat this much, it was just a special event and my friend Jeff, who was treating us, just has a really bad food addiction, which I wish he would take care of, because he has so many health problems as a result and is in denial about it (thyroid cancer, high blood pressure...

Yeah. Not really surprised though. Ate too much sugar this weekend. Back to my diet!

I actually checked my blood pressure after this weekend eating nothing but suggary and fatty foods..... And it was surprisingly at 130 (though my systolic went up to 80 from 76, still a healthy area). Sadly though, my weight is back at 135. :( Oh well. Time to go back on my diet.
